Ultimate Moisturizing Propolis Extract Honey Overnight Mask (60ml)

Please keep in mind while reading this: I have terribly sensitive skin (allergies that make me break out in bad rashes on my skin, something I feel I've been fighting since I was very little with medication, skin creams, etc. etc.) and it's really hard to find products that work for me. I had been wanting to try out the Korean skin care routine because really nothing else seemed to be working, but I also wanted to keep to cruelty free products. After some research, I was able to create my own "Korean skin care routine kit for sensitive skin" and WOW, my skin feels amazing. Unfortunately, since I bought them all at the same time and started using them all right away, I can't attribute any one thing to keeping my skin feeling so soft, my pores shrinking, my rashes GONE, and the CONSTANT peeling on my nose also no longer being a problem. What I CAN say about this one is that I LOVE it. Probably the best overnight mask I've ever used. It almost feels like a sheet mask, but without the hassle of having to lay perfectly still with the sheet over your face. You should wash with your regular routine the next morning though, as it can have a bit of a stiff feeling the next morning, but it is so moisturizing and I can almost see a bit more of a natural glow when I wake up. This makes my skin look so smooth, dewy, and radiant in the morning, even if I've picked at my face the night before. It's not really moisturizing, at least in my experience, so if my skin is really dry I'll use another overnight moisturizing mask/pack and then use this honey overnight mask on top of it as the final layer. But the results of using this product are very clearly visible the next morning, even without the moisturizing layer underneath it. I also love that COSRX has repackaged this into a tube, which is much more sanitary than the old jar packaging and wastes less product. Honestly, "a little dab will do ya" and you just need a thin layer spread over your skin for it to work. It takes a little while for it to absorb and can feel a little sticky until that happens, so I try to use this maybe 30 minutes before going to bed -- otherwise, my skin feels a little weird when I lie down on my pillow.

Literally had this mask since the pandemic just finishing it I realized it’s a good night mask for a nighttime routine. The texture is like a gel cream But it’s not sticky like you may think. As claimed this mask is soothing, hydrating and cooling. I really enjoyed the cooling and hydrating affect from this mask. I have dry skin and this mask feels good on my skin when it’s irritated and dry. I also liked the smell of this mask. The mask has a clean and slightly sweet smell to it that doesn’t last long. If you are sensitive to smell this one may not bother you. I would get this again.🍯💦

The Cosrx rice overnight mask got me through last winter, keeping my sensitive combo/dry skin nourished and hydrated. I didn’t think the honey version would be for me, but I was wrong! I didn’t think this would be hydrating enough because it’s basically a gel, but a little goes a long way, and I woke up to very smooth, hydrated skin. I find this to be soothing and gentle, and it relieves red, irritated skin and helps heal break outs. Both will always be in my skincare stash.

This is like a gel mask and not a moisturizer. I use this under a heavier cream and that seems to work okay and gives moisture my skin lacks. Since I'm dry and dehydrated, I could never use this alone. But it's gentle and fragrance free so I'm not mad. Don't think I would buy it again though since it could better suit my needs.

I have mild rosacea, combination and sensitive skin, I don’t have acne but I do have an occasional pimple here and there, my skin tone is kinda uneven with a few dark marks from older pimples, and I have redness on my cheeks and chin (from rosacea). I use this after my nighttime skincare routine right after I apply my regular moisturizer and when I wake up my skin is so even and there’s no redness in sight. I do see a difference after using it and it does make my skin feel better. Like I said I have mild rosacea with redness so I definitely saw a difference. Keep in mind I use this product along with other Korean skin care products, so could be that they all work well together with this. No irration or breakouts from this product. Worth the try.

Have purchased this moisturizer four times and it's consistently my favorite overnight skin product. I have SUPER SENSITIVE oily/combo skin, and found this product to hydrate and soothe my skin without causing breakouts. I'm not sure why this is called a mask, it's essentially just a gel moisturizer. I use it at night after cleansing and applying serums. I don't prefer it under makeup as my face can get a little oily with this during the day, but will use it sparingly if I'm out of my oil-free moisturizers in the morning. Highly recommend (alongside most COSRX products) for those with sensitive skin!

Mixed feelings about this stuff. For one, I do not believe this is marketed correctly. It's way too thin and gel-like to be considered an "overnight mask" though this is a Korean brand so something may have just been lost in translation. That being said, this is more like a light daily moisturizer. I like the product, it absorbs quickly, has no smell, and moisturizes my skin fairly well, but I do find that it doesn't moisturize quite well enough for the winter and usually have to layer a facial oil over top of it at night. It might be more suitable for the summer. Overall, I don't think I like it enough to purchase again, but depending on the needs of your skin, this could work!

I used as suggested on the package. It was a gel like texture which I do not mind. I usually wait til my moisturizer completely absorbed into my skin then I will dry my hair then sleep. With my normal moisturizer, I have no issue. But with this overnight mask that I intended to wash next morning. I feel sticky and a bit weird, I waited for a while and my face still feel sticky and not comfortable. I couldn't really dry my hair as its too sticky that my hair will stick onto my face. But once I wash it off, my skin feels very soft! I guess I will only use it as a washout mask.

Love this as a mask or as a light moisturizer daily. Goes on and absorbs quickly. My skin drinks it in. Doesn't pill under my primer or make up. Love, love, love this propolis honey overnight mask!

It’s really nice and feel good in the skin however I did notice it clogging my pores and causing some breakouts on my skin. I am acne prone though so I’m sure it won’t do that for everyone! It does a good job moisturizing.
