I've tried a few, non-Amazon basics. This one works out the best, most secure, easiest to handle, more comfortably than a popular brand. So conservative me is just using up the others but until then using this one when it really matters.Capacity: check. durability: check. strength, size and hold: just fine!

I have a family member (male) who is suffering dementia and incontinence. This is the same quality as Depends for a far better price. Home Healthcare aids do recommend us not to use the pull ups because urination is extremely heavy right now, so they recommend the briefs that have tape up like diapers. On days when I'm struggling to put those on due to severe atrophy in his legs, these are pretty darn easy to get on and I've even put Guards or Liners in them that help capture the urine. In my case, it works great but I'd say is 50/50. Anyway, truly this is a great product I've been so pleased with the quality of many amazon basics brand stuff. So, for light to moderate incontinence this is perfect. Stretchy, durable, hold capacity is light to moderate.

These are well padded and are as good as more expensive brands, but the only issue is with the mesh part of the underwear where you pull them up or down. It's slightly flimsy and if you yank too hard, you're gonna rip a hole right in it. Yep, learned that from experience. It's a minor defect though, and if you wear protective underwear a lot, these are just fine.

It doubles your protection Also these are for a disable vetern. You should allow a10% discount as other sellers recognize the sacrifice for your freedom.

The front of the pad is made correctly but as it goes towards the back of the pad the size doesn't change until the very top and only by about an inch, so it is like a menstrual pad. It does not cover your entire buttocks only about two inches on either side of your separation. Then the outer fabric does not really hold shape so once you put it on you realize your cheeks are hanging out. You can try to adjust it but it just doesn't work. I bought large based on 38 waist and weighing 210. I think it would be great for someone who is bedridden and cannot move. It is very affordable and comfortable when not moving but if you have to walk you will be adjusting it from between your legs. It's a great deal in price though of you need something quick so now I'm going to have to go to the store and get depends. Which sadly is not expensive but I guess worth it. I will admit it looks like the picture mostly but they don't show a pic of the back. I give it 3 stars, they are affordable, seem durable, and the elastic in the band stretches back and forth without losing any elasticity.
