Can you fit a.16ft measuring.tape on the small.back pouch?

I would think that you could. I actually hang a Galaxy S6 on the side which has a 1" clip and the Phone is almost 3-1/2" wide. Hope this helps.

No, there is no hammer loop. You can see the chained pigtail that is typically meant for a roll of electrical tape or other. This is a smaller bag that is typically used by electricians, linemen or equipment servicers and has 3 leather pockets for scissors and a long nose plier or pocket knife, a screwdriver (front inside the pocket). There are also all leather versions of this type of tool bag commonly available. This one is a little less stiff as those are. It fits up to a 2-1/4 inch belt (fixed pass through loop).

小ぶりのかわいい腰袋

仕事でも腰袋を使いますが今回は自宅での軽作業用に小さめの腰袋の買い足しでまずは見た目に惹かれました。左右のポケットはサイズが微妙で... 大カッター入らず。ドライバー100mmサイズは入らない。太マジックは入るけどキャップが取れなくなりそう。となると小カッターと鉛筆用ですね。収納感は写真でご確認ください。テープホルダーは邪魔だったのでカットしてカラビナをつけてます。
