Great faucet
My wife and I bought a home with a garden tub in it and it still had the original 20 year old ugly faucet. I looked at the big box stores, but they offered very little. Found this on Amazon and what a game changer. It’s a great update and looks fantastic.

Hot water valve leaked,so did replacement.Changing 1 star review to 5 star. Good customer support.
Like the style but hot water valve had a slow drip from the beginning. I contacted PHASAT and after sending them two pictures of valve they sent a replacement. It also had a slow drip.Then they wanted a video of the drip and told me the valves had been tested. Apparently they weren't tested well enough! Gave up on getting a second replacement,a video,really?Bought another set of valves from Home depot. They did send me a second replacement valve without me sending a video.I had already replaced the valves with the ones I had purchased from Home Depot but appreciate their customer service.If you have an issue with a part keep in mind it will come from China and can take any where from 10 days to 3 weeks for replacement to arrive.

Constant drip and won't shut off.
I should have known better to buy plumbing items on Amazon for a bathroom remodel. I bought all my items in advance back in late August, and finally got to a point in the project to install the new faucets. Unfortunately, it just drips constantly. Had I purchased from Lowes or Menards, I easily could have taken the item back, and got a new one. Since I did it through Amazon, I only get 30 days from the time of purchase.

Not as advertised - it was obviously used/damaged
The price for a garden tub faucet is amazing. It would be nice to know that it was damaged. We are keeping it due to the price being so low, but will not recommend ordering again.

I know I am late because I purchased this faucet couple months ago but I couldn’t get anyone tj replace it for me. Now that I got somebody the faucet is not fitting in my jacuzzi and I’m stuck with it. I was just going if there is a way I can still return it? The faucet is as purchased, looks good but u fortunately is not fitting.Thanks

Guests Are Using Like a Support Bar
This PHASAT Black Waterfall Bathtub Faucet is attractive in its simplicity. The black matte style with simple lines is an up-to-date style. It was a simple, straight forward install and the faucet functions smoothly. It seems to be of good quality. I do not recommend it for guest bathrooms because I have observed in our vacation rentals that guests tend to use the faucet like a support bar for standing themselves up.
