My husband has a PEG and I have to crush 3 tablets. 2 are large and difficult to crush in the small manual crusher I got from the pharmacy. 1 pill is very small and easily crushed in the pharmacy manual crush appliance. I looked at the electric pull crushers, but they seem to not work after a while or are better for multiple pills. I purchased the Silent knight and I like it for the larger 2 pills. It comes with plastic bags in which I place the pills and then put the bag in the slot and push down on the lever several times to crush the pill. Then I empty the contents into a small plastic cup; one for each day. I reuse the plastic bag for 7 days worth, but there are enough bags to change more frequently. The Silent Knight is heavy and sturdy. I’m confident that it won’t break.

I really needed this pill crusher. It is sturdy and easy to use. My father live with me and he has a PEG feeding tube and takes 6 to 7 pills twice a day. I started out using a small pill crusher but my wrist would get tired from rotating the cap back and forth. I am so glad that I purchased this one. It crusher really well.

This is a little expensive but worth every penny. This device is heavy and comes with 100 small plastic bags to crush the pills. Very easy to use and takes little effort to use.

Easy to use, nice design/appearance. It works well but is cumbersome to clean. Fortunately, do not have to clean often as long as you don't reuse pill crusher pouches.
