Apple iPhone 13, 128GB, Pink - (Renewed)

So far so good. The only issue is that I can't make phone calls: I've gotten an esim and have transferred everything over from my old phone, I can receive phone calls, and I can make and receive Whatsapp phone calls, but the regular phone function doesn't work. I am hoping that another visit to Vodafone will resolve this, otherwise I'll have to return it. But no complains about the handset: there a couple of very minor dents but it's otherwise pristine, the screen is scratch-free and looks new, the camera works great, and the battery is decent (it's clear that it's refurbished but it lasts about a day). Overall I'd say that while pricey, it was probably worth it. Glad there's a one-year guarantee in the event I can't get the phone function to work or it conks out for whatever reason!

Cannot believe this is a refurbished product. Arrived boxed with no signs of being used. Prompt delivery. Competitive price.

I purchased the phone for my daughters 13th birthday and I’m amazed at the quality not a single scratch on the phone!! Putting a plug, charging wire and clear case in was great too, also the battery life is at 92%. I will definitely be ordering again for my other daughter.

Came in decent condition and worked ok until after 13 months of purchase, screen developed a huge white line down the middle. Did all troubleshooting but issue still remained. After asking seller for support received short message saying nothing they can do and won’t help. So paid £330 for an iPhone 13 that broke after 13 months’ use, do not recommmend, buy directly from Apple instead.

The phone arrived quickly & was in excellent condition. The only improvement would be the packaging, I don’t feel it would protect the phone in all scenarios.

Bought this iPhone and it worked well for 3 months but then developed faults which the Apple Store declared made it unfit for purpose. The response from this seller was exemplary, it wasn’t their fault the phone had failed after 3 months yet they replaced it without any cost to me within 4 days - superb! You wish that other companies would be as professional.

I waited over a month before writing this review to truly test the phone, and I’m very impressed. The iPhone 13 arrived in perfect condition — 100% battery health, original display, no scratches, and it looks brand new. It charges well with the original cable, and I really appreciate the included back cover and screen protector. This was my first refurbished purchase, and it’s absolutely worth the money. My wife loves it, and I couldn’t be happier. A solid 5 stars!

Incroyable ! Livré rapidement, c’est du reconditionné et il étais à la base noté « usagé » au final il est comme neuf, aucune rayure ou traces de dégradation ! Batterie au complet, très fluide fonctionne parfaitement, pas d’erreur non plus sur la couleur merci beaucoup !!! Je recommande 🎀

J’ai acheter un iPhone 13 en avril dernier (moins d un an) a la réception il est hyper difficile de le réglé en degré F, fuseau horaire impossible… bref .. on voyais qu’il y avais un soucis. Bouillant à la charge et chargé super longue. 3 semaine après votre arriere cassé, clavier infernal, charge longue et batterie qui ne tiens pas ! Bouton latéral cassé… lentille optique flou donc plus de photo…je me traîne une m** depuis un an… j’ai même pas fini de le payer ! Je ne prendrais plus de reconditionné !
