Very Nice HDMI Amp
Works very well. Used it to split a video signal from the laptop to two projectors and used 2 75 foot amplified HDMI cables. Worked without a hitch. You get what you pay for. It can sit on a table, used an adapter with secure plug into the back of the unit. Then just plug input in, then you can have dual outputs. Worked for a week long conference, it was on constantly as I never unplugged it for five full days. Great product.

Rock Solid Product
When my split video signal was showing up on one end in some kind of bizarre color palette, my first thought was how many times that video signal was "messed with", going through switchers and HDMI baluns on its way to a projector. Less expensive devices were used along the path and I knew I needed better gear so my second thought was Kramer. It never disappoints. I replaced the existing DA with the VM-2HXL, knowing the quality of the outgoing signals was going to be the same as the incoming signal because, well, it's a Kramer device. That did it for me. I didn't have to replace any other components and the signal to the projector has been flawless ever since. Buy Kramer to start with. Doing anything less is money down the drain.

Great Splitter that fixed an issue . . .
This splitter worked where others failed. We were running two projectors in our church with 100 feet of cable in between the switcher and the projectors and tried other splitters to save a little $$. When those failed, we tried the Kramer splitter because it was the same brand as the switcher and it worked flawlessly. I would reccomend it to anyone needing a professional splitter.

Exactly what I needed
Kramer is a good manufacturer, so I was confident that this would do what I wanted, which was to replace a HDMI splitter which was dropping the signal if one of the outputs were disconnected for any reason. Having a DA of a signal in a mission critical application is important, and this VM-2HXL was exactly what I needed to get the job done. Definite high marks as usual for Kramer products.
