Q: Can this be used in opposite way as pictured to work on closing ( gripping ) of hand ?

Would not be effective in my opinion! However the Finger Stretcher works great for its intended purpose. For grip strength I purchased "KDG Hand Grip Strengthener 2 Pack" from Amazon and that does the job for me.

Q: Does this build up your forearms?

It’s primarily for the extensors in the fingers. There might be some exercise of the wrist and back (out) side forearm muscles, but not much.

Q: How many are in the package?

Dear Buyer, This package come with an adjustable wristband + a gray finger resistance band (6.6 pounds, 8.8 pounds, 11 pounds), a black finger resistance band (13 pounds, 17 pounds, 21 pounds) + an instruction manual

Q: Has anyone used this for tennis elbow? How did it work?

I am not a kinesiologist but I am assuming no it will not be the best treatment for tennis elbow. Primarily a hand strength work out.
