Almost perfect
SoundThe sound is good but I use a 5.1 surround system which renders the projector remote useless. Neither the volume nor the settings have any effect when using external sound equipment.Fan noise is noticeable but not too intrusive.Screen mirrorI couldn't get wireless screen mirroring to work but I don't use it anywayConnections 1 hdmi Port AV Port USB for flash edit and a slot for a TV cardPictureThe picture is bright. It can handle moderate ambient light.Colors are vibrant but there is a greenish tint even when you turn green to 0 with the color temperature settings. The picture is clear and sharp.Screen sizeThe projector claims to be short throw. It's not. My last projector gave me a 154 inch screen from 13 and a half feet away. This gives me a 131 inch screen from the same distance. That's bummer for me so even though Ill use it, I wouldn't buy it again.RemoteThe remote is similar to most remotes that come with budget projectors. In fact this operates one of my other projectors that is a different brand. You can use the remote to alter the brightness, contrast, sharpness and color saturation. You can adjust the green, red and blue settings. There are 7 different aspect ratios, including Zoom 1and Zoom 2. You can reduce screen size down to 75%.Keystone and FocusThe focus dial is on top of the projector and it does a good job.My screen is completely in focus even in the corners. The key stone correction is don using the remote. You can adjust the horizontal and verticle, and because it is 4d, you can even rotate the screen until you have a perfect rectangle.QualityThe projector feels sturdy. The plug is too short so unless you are next to an outlet you will need an extension. With projectors that cost $300.00 or was it has been my experience that after 3 months use they develop a brown spot on the screen. In fact the last one I bought developed the brown spot after only a month. I'll update in 3 months to report how this one holds up.

My first projector
This is the first projector I have bought for personal use, and has left me a great impression. The image quality came out quite clearly compared to other video projectors I've used in the past, and fills up a large area as well. The projector itself takes up very little space in my room, but projects amazing graphics. The audio quality was pretty good overall, and would definitely recommend to buy for family movie nights.

Fantastic Screen and Great Projecting
I like how well the projector works and how you can adjust the brightness and lighting. When you turn the projector to a bigger space, the screen becomes bigger. In any distance, the screen becomes larger. Overall, I give this product a 5 out of 5.

Shouldn't be advertised as a short throw projector
Just so you know, the image quality of this projector is pretty great. I streamed Netflix on it to try it out, and the mono speaker is also quite loud, if not the best quality. Definitely plug in a speaker if you can for better audio. My beef is with the "short throw" advertisement. I understand some of these no name brand electronics have word barf in their Amazon descriptions and instruction booklets, but there's really nothing special about the "short throw" projection. Any home projector has the same function of "short throw" as this one. Other home projectors are around $99-140 range too, if that's what you're looking for. Also be aware when you order this projector that nowhere on the box will you see the brand name JimTab. I almost had to return & exchange this projector because I thought they accidentally sent me the wrong one.
