Works well plenty of outlets only problem so lightweight it slides and falls off table should of included 2 sided tape to hold it down

Love this! Paired with Alexa perfectly. Keep by my because. Turns on lamps, twinkle lights, and electric blankets when I want. Timed to turn on USB for phone charging for certain number of hours so it doesn't over do it on my phone's battery. Yes I recommend!

The power strip works as advertised, with three independently-controlled outlets and some USB ports that are turned off/on as a group.However, the Smart Life app asks for your "precise location" every time you switch to any of the remote plugs, switches, or outlets. This is terribly annoying and I wish there was a setting to disable that prompt. The location of my outlets don't change! True, if I wanted to have lights come on when I get close to home, precise location might help, but since I don't, I wish the thing would stop annoying me with the question.That one nuisance aside (and it's an app nuisance, not a hardware nuisance), the thing does what I expected and I'm satisfied.Note: you may wish to name the outlets based on position: I used "Cord", "Middle", and "Edge" so I knew which was which when looking at my phone.

The setup was super easy and fast. Scheduling on/off times was easy as well. Just download the app, connect to the same wifi as your phone or device you have the app on, and connect the plug.

Expected all outlets would be off when powered on allowing indiviual activation of each outlet, not so.

After struggling multiple times, I was able to connect it to the phone. The app is simple to use. Now I will see how long it lasts

Pros: three separate plugs (and 1 USB) that can be operated independently. That's nice and flexible when using it with Alexa routines.Cons: the one power button for the entire power bar is also Alexa controlled, which will kill everything on the bar, including the two additional USB ports.So... Let's pick on the bedroom. If you have lights plugged into the power bar, and want to charge your phone overnight, you can't manually turn off the light without turning off the phone charging.This gets further complicated because if you use Alexa to turn off the individual plugs that means at 2am if you need a little lighting in order to walk to the washroom you have to yell across the room at Alexa to power up your nightlights, which is rather inconvenient for the person sleeping nearby. That, and I don't want an Alexa ear in my bedroom.If you use Alexa routines to turn off all the switches individually, Alexa still identifies that there is a device powered on in the room (the main power switch) so that the Alexa app will always indicate activity in the "room" this device is in. Unless you kill it, which kills the USB ports.So now you're back to running a separate power source for your phone charging, making the USB ports on this power bar fairly useless. But they look pretty.

This was disappointing. I spent a lot on this and it’s really just a cord. It’s a waste of money.I reached out to the seller several times and they sent me video links for how to fix it but didn’t respond to the fact that I had tried all of these repeatedly and nothing worked. For all I know, their customer support was a chatbot lol 😆 at any rate, I did not feel listened to and did not get the assistance that I needed.It works as an extension cord but it will not be acknowledged by my Alexa or even by their own app. They just keep sending me videos that didn’t explain my actual problem.I finally gave up and am leaving this negative review. Don’t buy this cord. Buy an actual Alexa cord, or an power tower…this is such a waste of money. Serious regret this item!

UPDATE: after another two weeks of working with their support team they have disappeared. No contact in 1 week. they blame everything except their product for the problems, yet it is only their product that does not work for more than 4 days in a row without complete reset. time to start the return process.I’ve had this product for almost two weeks, and have had to reset it 4 time already since it keep ending up offline. Each time I was forced to recreate all my schedules even though support promised they’d be saved. That was their first lie. I went back and fourth with support and they keep blaming my network. Their second lie.I have a 1500mbs (1.5gbs) service with the latest ASUS mesh systems. I have devices over 60’ & 100’ from the router which all work amazing, yet this thing is indoors and less than 20’ from two separate mesh access points, yet it’s my network that’s insufficient. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Had owned some iHome and Belkin Wemo products before and this is just so easy to install compared to the even the name brands I mentioned, I have given up on those name brands. Haven't really tried this with Alexa so can't really comment on it. The GoSund app is easy to use and works as long as there's internet, yes, can even control it when you're not home.

So happy I bought this. When I’m cuddled in bed and forget to turn light off no problem. And when I’m not home and want to turn a light on again no problem. All works with my phone and I can put a timer. Will be purchasing more of these.
