Great product. Life saver for me.Excellent service

As I am over 60 and have an interest in technology that allows people with disabilities or aging to continue to live independently I was interested in this. The manual is a little hard to read, and needs a lengthy charge to get started, but once you have downloaded the vihealth app it is simple to connect and you get data very quickly. I was able to monitor immediately and compare to the results from my Apple Watch. I could see that I was around 94% most of the time and can do a regular test to make sure I am staying at that level. All in all a good purchase, my only quibble is with the strap which is a little fiddly to put into my wrist.

Ability to monitor changes to average O2 saturations has been life-saving. I have bought two of these to ensure one is always charged. Follow up service when one stopped working was superb and a new one was sent. Thank you Zoe!

Update: I had to order 4 of these health devices to get 1 that actally synced to the pc. Real shame as the whole idea of this was to be able to hand over the reports to my GP. They synced fine with the ipad and iPhone BUT all you get is a graph which gives very little useful info for your specialist. I am now patiently waiting for refunds of 2 of these things. I won't be trying anymore as the hassle of returning them, setting another one up, only to find its FAULTY AGAIN is beyond my patience. They were returned at the beginning of the week, and no refunds yet.I would recommend you give these a wide berth. Real shame.I love this watch. It’s not just 02 readings, it’s a heart rate monitor, pedometer and watch.It also lasts all night, and can be worn daily also (I wear mine day and night). The app is brilliant, as is the full report you can print off and give to your health professional.It wakes you up by gently vibrating on your finger, so you don’t get into trouble breathing. I had a sleep test done through my hospital, and they use an identical watch. I was able to download the report from their watch before I returned it to the hospital. Charging takes approx 2 hrs. The silicone ring is so comfy you forget you’re wearing it, and the display turns off at night so there’s no light other than the red glow of the oxygen monitor on your hand. This IS medical grade, and I’m so glad I got myself one.

I have just purchased the ViATOM checkme O2 Pro and was initially quite impressed, all seemed to work fine and I was hopeful that this would help to provide some worry free sleep while waiting for my CPAP machine from the NHS. Unfortunately it seems to have a fault. On the first night the bluetooth function stopped working, and now it doesn't work at all. Instead of the 'bluetooth' symbol the display now shows a heart with a Z in it. see pc. This is a real shame as it seems to confirm some other reviews that this is an unreliable device, not what you need when your well being depends on it functioning as it should. I've contacted the supplier so will update this review when I've had a response.
