I have never gone through a MA before, so I purchased this book to be prepared for one that is upcoming and I'm helping manage. This book is very thorough, yet easy to read. It is organized like a text book but has practical charts for current practitioners. This book will stay in my library as a reference foe not only MA but also change management. Glad I purchased.

I bought a whole bunch of M&A integration books for work and this one offers the most practical tips and comprehensive frameworks. I was going to sign up for an expensive workshop but after reading this book, I don't think I need that workshop.

Generally very good and comprehensive. The major drawback is that it it a little too academic. If the author could provide more practical toolkit, it would be much better.

A well written book to guide any person though an Acquistion
