I purchased from this seller before. No complaints here. As far as the product, I'm afraid to try anything else. I'm hypothyroid and EVERYTHING has slowed down (if you catch​ my drift). The product doesn't​ require refrigeration except to maintain freshness. If it has to be refrigerated for other reasons, then I would doubt the efficacy of the manufacturer, not the seller. Klair labs are top of the line producers. When I've tried other single strain probiotics, my gut yeast gets off balance and I have other issues. As long as I'm drinking water, this blend keeps me regular so I can go on about my business! I'm ordering 2 bottles this time, hate to go without.12/5/2018 Update: No change in star rating, I keep coming back to this brand and this formula. Something about this blend agrees with my gut. I am guaranteed "to move" at least once each day I take it. Take care of yourself 'cause elimination is just as important as eating healthy y'all!

I have to say that I didn’t particularly have a negative experience with these specific probiotics, but also didn’t have a positive outcome either. After almost a full bottle they left me a bit constipated which made matters a little more uncomfortable. I’m sure they work well for others. They did ship in a temperature safe packaging with cold pack.

I have lots of food sensitivities and histamine intolerance. This is one of the few probiotics that doesn't mess with any of that while still giving me all the benefits I'm looking for in a probiotic. Ther-biotics makes quality products all around.It was packaged exceptionally well and shipped WITH a cold pack from the company mentioned in the comments section. Very impressed, guys. That's unfortunately not how it's done across the bar. I sent the first bottle back and chose a better company.

Some probiotics aggravate my acne but these actually help improve it. Also, these strains are good for histamine intolerance and did not cause any issues for me.

Have been ordering this product for years, a probiotic compound that must be cooled, per the manufacturer. Though FortressBrand shipped with ULine cooling bags, the 3-day transport & delivery in mailbox effectuated a warmed product. Perhaps FBrands should consider different delivery service or expedited shipping.

Klaire Labs clearly states that this product can stay a room temperature up to a week with only a 5% loss of potency. Unfortunately, this arrived via USPS and above room temp. The bag had ice packs but once melted they caused the moisture to build and create a warm humid environment. For the price, I didn’t want to risk not having enough live bacteria. I’ll order over the colder weather instead
