Is it see thru? Can i wear it as a dress?

I bought the light mint-ish green and it is definitely lightweight fabric and would require you to wear skin tone undies if you were wearing it to go out and not as a cover up.

I am 5'9" and weigh 193 lbs, what dize woul fit me?usuLly wear 14

XL should be fine. I use it as a coverup so it's always good to go bigger

Does it shrink when washed?

Mine did not shrink at all & dried beautifully without wrinkles.
