Perfect Bundt Pan!
I bought this pan for 2 specific reasons: 1) I wanted a silicone type of material 2) The metal rim and handles for sturdiness and ease of picking up. WHAT/HOW WE USED: We used this for the first time yesterday to make a breakfast sandwich: biscuits spread on the bottom; filling in the middle; biscuits spread over the top. It turned out perfectly - we were so impressed! BAKING/COOKING TIME: As others have mentioned, silicone is going to cook at a different temperature than stone, metal, glass, etc. (The baking/cooking time will be longer with silicone). So we just kept an eye on our dish until the top layer of biscuits were done. We will have to 'eyeball' it for everything versus going by the time on recipes, which is fine for us. If you don't mind doing this, then you won't have an issue. But if you are going by the time on recipes and/or do not monitor the dish throughout the cooking process, then you will likely be disappointed with the end result. EASE OF USE: The metal rim and handles make this an easy and safe pan to use. To prevent sticking, I used plan olive oil on a napkin to lightly grease every crevice of the pan (I do not like cooking spray) and then we started packing in the ingredients. Once out of the oven, we lightly ran a tiny rubber spatula around the sides of the pan and then let it sit upright for 10 minutes. When we flipped it over, it popped right out with nothing stuck to it. CLEANING: As with all of our cooking supplies, we always hand wash ALL items that are not made of stone, metal, glass. With this bundt pan, a few swishes of the soap sponge and it was clean. BOTTOM LINE: Have an understanding of the type of material(s) you are utilizing and use common sense. If you are using this bundt pan properly, you will love it! We look forward to making many more foods in it. UPDATE 1/16/24: We have also made a stuffed turkey meatloaf, lemon pound cake and chicken tinga enchilada casserole with soft corn tortillas. Everything has turned out perfectly and popped right out of the pan! This bundt pan is AWESOME!

bundt pan
I haven't used this pan yet, but it is much smaller than my bundt pan that I had for years until I finally had to throw it away. When I make my apple cake, I will probably also have to use another pan for the extra cake batter. It looks well made and I hope the cake comes out as neatly as they say. I think it will work......just too small.

Easy to use, impossible to clean. Residue clings, especially in the corners and crevices.
I bought a full baking set of these products, convinced that they were the best invention yet. Cupcakes without the cupcake liners? Yes please!! Cakes that fall right out of the pan without loads of butter and prodding with a knife? Sign me up! However, 3 years later, I now regret stocking my kitchen with these products. As some other reviewers have mentioned, these are impossible to clean. Somehow, residue seems to cling to the silicone material even after a good scrubbing. The worst part is that if you run these through a dishwasher or let them soak in soapy water, the silicone material will adsorb to some of the detergent, giving a faint but noticeable soapy taste to baked goods. I still haven't found a way to get rid of this - even after soaking the pans in plain water for hours, I detect soapyness on the outside surfaces of my baked goods that were in contact with the pan. It totally ruins it. Take it from me, the ease of use just isn't worth the issues that come with these pans. Regrettably, I will be saving up my money to replace all of the Boxiki silicone pans I purchased with standard aluminum pans - at least with those, I don't have to worry about my baked goods tasting of detergent, and I know a good scrubbing will get them clean - and they'll stay clean.

Silicone is wonderful!
Works great. Silicone is structurally stable which means it will not release anything harmful, aka toxic, into our food when we cook or bake with it at a high temperature. I have become a huge fan of silicone for this reason. A metal rim around the edge helps the silicone bundt pan stay firm and upright while holding wet cake ingredients. The hand-hold along the metal rim makes it easy to move in and out of the oven, which can be tricky sometimes with silicone. I've used this pan twice so far, and my cakes baked beautifully. After cooling for an hour I flipped the bundt pan right side up, and both times the cake popped out perfectly. To be fair, I did coat the pans with butter, just to be sure. Real silicone is bendy (when plastic or other mixers and binders aren't added), and because of this you can peel it back or pull away sides from the cake to help the cake release and come out fully intact. Professional bakers may have an opinion about how silicone holds heat versus traditional pans, but personally, my experience has been positive. Seller was fast to ship, too.
