Bought it last year, so have used the product for a while now, quite regularly. While it makes a decent cup of coffee, the product quality is very plasticky and brittle. Even the pot that comes with the coffee machine is made of a very thin glass and can break easily while washing, so please be careful. Abruptly stopped working one day, and Philips customer service is absolutely terrible. Had to take it to couple of service centres to be told either they don’t have the spare parts required to repair, or the cost of repair itself could pay for a new product. Refused to replace even though warranty was in place. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this product.
