I'm a large-framed man and due to some moderate arthritis, I have many ice packs for my various parts. They are all adequate but all have had their flaws (too bulky, too small, etc.). This is the first ice pack I've purchased that is (in my subjective opinion), flawless. Good construction, good but not extreme compression, stays very cold for an appropriate time (20m+). I'm 6'3 260lbs and lift weights 3x a week and the large fits my arm perfectly. I had previously cut the sleeves off an old sweatshirt to use as a barrier between my skin and my ice packs, and they work perfectly with this one. Without the severed sleeve it's bearable but VERY cold, the sleeve gives me just enough protection that I can wear it for 20m+ with no issues at all. Will be looking at ComfiTECH for all of my future ice pack needs.

I was seeking relief from tennis elbow (tendinitis), and the Comfitech is helping me a lot with the pain. As others have noted, the cold lasts about 20+ minutes, which is the time I've seen recommended. I then leave this sleeve in place for up to a few hours as a support. I have had skin sensitivity on my arms, such as to neoprene and latex, but the Comfitech hasn't caused any significant issues so far. I also don't notice any smell from whatever this product is constructed. I followed the advice to select a size down, meaning "medium", because I wanted a more snug fit and figured there might be some stretching. The Medium size was a good choice for me. Overall I am pleased and satisfied with the comfort, fit, and effectiveness of the Comfitech cold sleeve.

Super impressed by the sleeve, it arrived, i placed it in the freezer. Next day i slapped it on and it stayed cool for a good amount of time for the type of ice pack. I have weird sized arms which I was concerned about when purchasing this sleeve, like I would with all of them. to my surprise it fits well, allows a good srerch but support at the same time. Price point is good which matches its value.

Very comfortable to wear. It doesn't stay cold very long though... about 10 minutes for me. Good enough for my use, but too short for RICE treatments.

Amazing soft cool feel of this wrap make it extremely efficient healing tool and a great alternative to traditional ice packs. Highly recommend.

Love the feel but the chill lasts barely 10 minutes. Not sure if the product can be improved or if this inherent in the design and material. I don't think it lasts enough for recovery or therapy. You'd probably have to use two or three of them, one right after the other.

I just received the Cold Compression Elbow Sleeve by ComfiTECH yesterday, and I am happily wearing it as a type this review. It's comfortable and convenient so I don't have to manage it. It stays on my arm without falling off. I bought with the purpose of icing my tennis elbow issues. Before I was using frozen ice packs and and vegetables wrapped with a Ziploc bag and a towel. Now. there is NO need to do have any of those things because the compression sleeve snuggly stays around my arm. I'm hoping of using this sleeve daily for about the recommended 15-20 minutes time. The soft gel makes it possible to stay cool, and yet it feels flexible and comfortable, since it conforms to the elbow (just as long as you buy the correct size for yourself.) Given that I used to ice my elbow before and I felt like my elbow pain was improving, I'm hoping this should improve and help it to heal faster. Remember that in order to for any injury or soreness to heal...think RICE. Each of the components, Recovery, Ice, Compression and Elevate needs to happen to make the healing happen.

This is a very easy to use and re-use wrap. Re-generation time in the freezer is relatively short. I am constantly dealing with tennis elbow issues. Putting this wrap on reduces the swelling and pain in short order. Wrap is firm but also easy to adjust. I recommend this item.

It does what it says though. But product seems old and no manufacturer details nor date of manufacture. Cold stays only for 10 mins though but quickly cools again when kept in freezer

Works great for cold therapy and stays put on the elbow - even on my thin arms. One note - freezing is way too cold and keeping this in the refrigerator is sufficient. It warms quite quickly too, but 15-20 min. is usually how long I want to cool my blow anyway.

These arm sleeves are awesome! They are really comfortable to wear and have made a big difference in my arm pain. I love how soft they are sliding on and off. I keep them in the freezer in their original packaging to keep them clean and ready to go again as often as needed. The gel stays cold for about 15 minutes which is all I need so I don't cause more damage to my injured arms.

Kühlt angenehm und sitzt gut.Kälte kann man aber nicht mit Kältekompresse gleich setzen.Viel weniger kalt und geht auch nicht kälter.
