Nice cooling patch to help with aches and migraines
exactly what I ordered. I use them for aches on my back of my shoulder and to help with migraines. The patches stay on the body so I can sleep with them. I would order it again. I wish WellPatch would make them easier to find - they are discontinuing this brand in the Northwest.

These patches only contain menthol, but they do provide very good pain relief for my arthritic knee.

My son has MS and thus has horrible back pain. While these patches don't get rid of all the pain, it does relieve the pain enough to make it bearable. I've tried them myself, but having sensitive skin doesn't work well with these. I would suggest if you have back pain to try them but be careful if you do have very sensitive skin. Take it off if it starts really burning. Having said that, I know a lot of people who have had a lot of success with them.
