Overall a good buy, i was impressed
Well im not an ironing expert in any way but i love it, its got a trigger for a serious steam shot, cordless or can attach to base for corded use, little button you flick across to attach to the base and wire, doesnt last long on cordless but replace on the base and ready to go again quickly, for my needs its perfect, might wanna check out review of someone who does a lot more ironing than me !!Im a wheelchair user so rely on the cordless, not too heavy, variable heat settings, pretty substantial water tank for steam, good price and looks pretty cool too.The steam shot trigger is great for putting the creases in my lads school trousers, defo recommend .

Love It
It’s a stunning looking iron. Heats up real quick and the steam on it is amazing. Easily glides so light weight. Love having the option to go cordless.

irons well
it works well. being older i sometimes have a problem getting it on the stand, it can be used with the stand attached but that made it too heavy for me.My main problem with it is that its hard to see the water level as the case is dark. us use a torch!

Very handy Cordless/corded iron.
Love the design of this iron. Can be used with or without the base if you need cordless. Very handy. Good weight for removing creases.

Excellent purchase
Switching from cord/cordless can be done with just one hand..so easy to do. Iron is very light when cordless, heat does go pretty quick though so I put it back on the base to get more heat. Steam is very good, can feel the force. Hopefully this iron will see me through a while!!

Basic and ok. Get what you pay for...
Purchased to replace older Morphy Richards cordless iron. I looked at replacing like for like but the Morphy Richards model was close to £50 and the Tower model was close to £25.So, how have I found it....at a basic level, it is still an iron, and gets the job done. I had a Tower air fryer which was basic, but good, and kind of expected this to be the same, which it was. So on this basis, about met fairly low expectations. There are a couple of issues though with the Tower iron. The underside of the handle is cramped by a steaming button, which does make it fiddly to hold. Also, the base unit is oddly designed, and not as stable as the Morphy Richards, or as easy to put the iron onto. With the Tower model, you have to be very precise when placing the iron on the base unit, like you're landing a rocket. I must admit, I do miss the wider base of the Morphy Richards....that being said, the whole reason I was replacing the iron was because I knocked the Morphy Richards off the ironing board when trying to do it too fast. One general gripe with cordless. It does make things easier, particularly when setting the board up, as you don't have to get so close to the socket to be able to reach all ends of the board with the iron. But no one has yet provided a good solution for how to tidy the cable up at the end. An area to coil the cable as part of the base would make a good addition to the design.
