Love this soap dispenser, I prefer having it free standing on the counter top but you can fix it to the wall if required. It's not too sensitive so you can wipe the counter down directly under the sensor without it dispensing soap as you should be able to see from the photo. You have to hold your hand toward the top under the sensor before it dispenses so that is a great bonus for me as I'm always wiping down my counter tops and the last thing I want is unwanted soap dispensing. It's hygienic too as your not having to touch anything especially if you have been handling raw meat or have messy hands from baking/cooking. It's easy to fill (I use an antibacterial soap refill which comes in a pouch). I've had this several weeks and haven't yet had to recharge it so I can't comment on how long it will take to recharge but I would definitely recommend this particular soap dispenser.

The first charge will take between five and seven hours so I hope you are not in a hurry after it arrives. But, after that it is all plain sailing. Just fill the jar with the liquid soap and press the top button until you get the first blip of the light. Pass your hand under the nozzle a few times at first to get a clear flow, and that is it. I am told that there are adjustable settings for quantity delivered on each pass, but I find that the first one works best anyway. The idea is to continue to hold the on button until the next light blip if you want the next level up, and so on. To go back I just switched off, red light, then went back in to the first setting again. Recommended.

This has been in constant use since it was delivered to me on the 1st of March, It is now the 30th of May and the soap has run out, but the battery hasn't. I've decided to charge it whilst it's empty even though it doesn't need it. So I can't actually say how long the battery will last but I can say it'll last over three months. When it first arrived I played around with the amount of soap It dispenses, there are five options but we settled the smallest amount so that the person using it can decide how much they want. We went this way because my granddaughter insisted on having some soap on each hand and if it was a 2 or 3 level of dispense, it would be too much. Having it set at the lowest amount means that you can dispense however much soap you like based on individual preference. Bearing that in mind I think it's actually done really well, as each time it has been used it's having to do double the amount of work that it would have to if it was set to dispense on a higher amount. I think that makes the battery life even more impressive because it's been used more often than it might otherwise have been had it been set to dispense at a higher level. As I've only been using it for 3 months.I can't comment on the durability of the item but fingers crossed.It will keep me going for several years at least. If you've read to the end of my waffle , you're no doubt aware that I thoroughly recommend this dispenser. My only issue, if I have one at all, is the charge connection would be better as a USB C, In case the proprietary charge cable is mislaid. Household info: Two people with occasional visits from others. This has been located in the main WC and used several times a day by both of us.

Absolutely fantastic highly recommended battery lasted over 3 months before I needed to re charge it , and I used it everyday. Very slick and good capacity of liquid can be held lasts for months before it needed refilling excellent product.

So I have had 2 of these and both failed. I also belive that there is a disproprtionate amount of good reviews that have been left before the item fails. The item works really well when its working but it only takes a few months, or a couple of weeks in the case of the 2nd item for it to fail. I ended up dismantling the item to find out what the issue was and I found a glaring design fault. The soap hose that carries the soap to the dispenser has a connection in it and one side of this comes off. This would give a lot of the symptoms that are being talked about in the 1 and 2 star reviews. What then happens is the motor keeps going but soap is being dispensed inside the product. This soap collects at the bottom where the motor is and eventually the motor fails. If you look at the pictures carefully, you will see that one end of the connector has a barb and the other is smooth. It is this side that obviously gets soap inside and then just slips off. You cannot then reconnect the hose as its just too slippy. I even cleaned the pipe thoroghly with alcohol rub and it still didn;t stay on for long. I tested the batteries in both of the units I had and they were fine. They had the correct charge and charged up OK. So I actually cleaned mine up and then replaced the little connector with one from Halfords for £1.80. This seemes to have resolved the issue. However there is acatch here. Now the hose is sealed up fine, I have found that the dispenser leaks a little bit of soap after each use. It never did this before. I think this is because the pipe was perhaps breathing slightly due to the poor connection it had. Is that a cheap and nasty way to design this in? I don't know, but either way I think I will live with it for now as it is. Like I said, I have no idea where the 5 star reviews are coming from becuase the product is flawed.

No issues using Carex professional antibacterial hand wash No drips The pump reverses to suck the soap away from the nozzle after dispensing the correct amount Highly recommended

Che dire un prodotto ottimo sotto tutti i punti di vista. Quello che, secondo me fa la differenza e che non occorrono batterie in quanto a le sue ricaricabili e, quanto occorre (dopo mesi non ho avuto modo di ricaricarle) basta collegarlo ad un caricatore peer cellulari in quanto a il cavo con una presa usb. Il dispenser trasparente permette di vedere la quantità di detersivo che rimane e non crea problemi anzi fa bella mostra di se sul lavello. Non sbaglia un colpo nel distribuire la dose che ho selezionato. Un ottimo acquisto che consiglio.

I use and throw away many soap dispensers in the past. I like this one very much. With the black color, it looks great in my kitchen around my sink. It has a high capacity. The soap level is clearly visible. There is no need to guess when to refill. It is rechargeable. There is no need to replace the batteries. The other brand of dispensers normally have their batteries located at the bottom and locked with a screw. I find it is a big struggle to replace their batteries without inverting the dispenser full of soap. I am planning to replace all of my existing dispensers with this type. The price is a bit expensive but worth it.

It’s great, saves a lot of soap and we rarely have accidental release moving by. It’s very slow charging, takes a while to return to life. Better to charge overnight from time to time rather than waiting for the recharge signal

Sehr zufrieden. Seit 1 Jahr in der Küche in Betrieb . Dank des längeren Halses kann man das Spüli in die Ecke des Spülbecken fliessen lassen. Ungefähr nach 3 Monaten ist die Aufladbare Batterie neu zu laden . Insgesamt sehr zufrieden…. darum Kauf von einem zweiten fürs Gäste Wc .
