I was just diagnosed with solar urticaria and my job has me working in the sun all summer. I bought this to help protect myself and prevent hives when I'm exposed to UV rays. And so far, combined with special sunscreen, it's working great.Be aware though it does run quite small and has a slim fit. I sized up and it fits me a little snug. If you want it loose I suggest sizing up twice. If you don't mind a snug fit size up once. But it is definitely on the small side. Other than that, it's great quality, breathable, and lightweight. Other than the size discrepancy, I think it's a great product and I highly recommend it if you need protection from UV!

I purchased this soft, lightweight hoodie jacket for recent airline travel with the plan to keep my travel documents, cell phone and wallet in one place. Just take the jacket off and put it in the airline basket, without any seeing what's inside, went thru scanner with no problem. It fits well, I'm 5'5" 160 lb and got the XL fits ok but I do like a bagger jacket. The material is soft, breathable, cooling even in the summer heat in Florida. The hoodie is great for head protection (I've had skin cancer in my scalp) so cover is a must with SPf 50. The fabric is sooo soft and so far hasn't snagged. I didn't not any smell but washed it before wear with softner. I plan to get a couple more. The zipper is easy to use as well.

I love these Rash Guard hoodie items. They protect real well and keep you really cool! I like that they are zippered for easy wear.But 1 VERY big drawback is that it is not a good fit. The hoodie (head area) is WAY too big and the torso is way too small. I tried getting an even larger size, but then I could not wear the hoodie (covered down to past my nose) and the sleeves were too long. Yet, the torso size did not go up in size any noticeable amount.

I really like the fabric. The color, like so many other items I buy, says it's fluorescent green, but it's more a fluorescent yellowish green (or greenish yellow?). Amazon lately has been mailing clothing items by just slapping a mailing label on the item's translucent plastic bag with vent holes and plastic zipper. This item had dirt on it where the vent holes were, but I was able to mostly wash it out. I wish they would put it in an outer package. I had another item where it had gotten wet and moldy by the time it arrived to me! I ordered Medium based on Amazon's recommendation, and it fits correctly. I'm 5'4" 150 lb and usually wear a 10-12 or M to L depending on the brand.

I got a white one and wore it in direct sun backpacking the grand canyon 3 days and used sunscreen only on my face. Thought I might burn since it's only SPF 50 but it protected so well and kept me way cooler too. Fabric feels nice and it dries fast too. Note this is my first time buying or using a sunshirt but I have zero complaints about this one. The zipper pockets r really nice too. I typically wear a medium in things but I wanted this to be a little baggy so I got a large and it's perfect.

My very sensitive skin burns easily. I have purchased several sun protective shirts over the years and these are by far the best. I have several colors. Recently added the Pink. They are soft. NOT CLINGY. Lightweight. Easy to Wash. Non wrinkle. Most importantly, they work! Recently, I took 4 with me on our Caribbean Cruise and they were perfect!!! Folded up really small. Not hot on beach days. Breathable. Easy to spot clean. Highly recommend. Bought for my teen daughter as well.

If you like polyester for cooling material, this is a nice jacket, but I’ve decided I don’t want polyester for my cooling fabric. It’s just not cool enough. It retains a lot of warmth compared to other cooling fabric I have. And I decided that even if this jacket and another made of nylon/spandex performed exactly the same in the sun, then the warmth this jacket retains while I’m inside makes this jacket less practical. If I have to take it off every time I don’t need it in the sun because I’m too warm, then it’s not as functional. Nylon stays cooler. Also, this jacket doesn’t have a hole for a pony tail in the hood.The nice thing about this jacket is the fit. The material is a little stretchy and so it wears comfortably. My other nylon jacket is louder; this jacket is quieter.If you’re looking for slighting cooling, but still warm, it’s great.
