The biggest problem was that I ordered 3 for 7.42 and got 1 for 23.11 or so.the product is great however it is worth the 7$ price not the 23$ price. Your telephone girl I spoke to in the USA was great and wrote to the supplier telling that they gouged me and to return 2/3 of the fee. They contacted me as if to have it sent back not one word about the refund. It is the product I wanted at the price originally quoted me or a refund for the 2/3. I have already written this to you and it is now getting bothersome. Please help me get this handled without any more typing. I have terribleArthritis in my hands and this back and forth is killing meThanx (I think)

Not worth $14.00 that's for sure!! Has a really weird taste and doesn't even last an hr... without eating or even talking!!..looks like you hardly have any on.!!! .. The applicator is hard and a pointed weird shape. Very disappointed..Was looking forward to getting a gloss that You don't have to re apply every hr Can't believe I paid that much for lip gloss !!!Can't return it after you've tried it....Don't waste your money!!!

Love the colour BUT beware....it is sticky and stays sticky! So, you feel it on your lips and it gets on glasses/cups!

This is my third gloss in this color. It doesn't stay on lips for 6 hours, but still you can wear it longer than other glosses. It's not sticky, has no fierce smell. L'Oreal lip glosses have never failed me, I love the colors, shine and the quality. I do recommend this lip gloss.
