These are my go to daily. I tried the variety flavors but the lemon/lime is my personal favorite. This summer has been exceptionally hot and it is so easy to “over water” yourself. These packets help to stay hydrated without diluting what our bodies need to function. If you’re pouring into a 12 oz bottle of water, you can use 1/2 a packet for casual consumption. I use a full packet if I am outside. They dissolve quickly, no grainy taste.

Fruit Punch is my favorite flavor. I started subscribing to this after a couple of purchases. Love the flavor and it works!! Great for workouts, 'morning after indulging' rehydration and for when the heat is so insane! Mixes really easy and smells as yummy as it tastes.

This is a tasty addition to water, but I find it a bit sweet. The sugar/calorie count is low, it just tastes sweeter than I'm used to.

This is actually the BEST tasting electrolyte pack ive ever had! This is not too sweet. If you find the other brands to be WAY too sweet and need to be diluted significantly, this white peach tea flavor is for you! I am really impressed!

Picked these up in preparation for my first Renaissance Faire. Worked great to stave off dehydration from six days in the sun, and looked much more normal in my tankard than my friends' bright red or orange electrolyte mixes. The small packets are easy to store (all 16 fit in my rucksack side pocket with room for other gear) and the powder dissolves in any temperature water without a gritty feeling or residue. The only "downside" is that they leave a rather strong scent behind in any drinking vessels; while I personally love the smell, it is an overwhelming floral-y peach with a slight artificial aspect... it's comparable to the smell of Brisk brand peach iced tea.These are fairly pricey, but are a little cheaper than other brands (LiquidIV, etc.). However, what really made me pick these is the flavor—I'm incredibly picky about flavors in my water. I personally don't like any of the "normal" flavors like lemon-lime, orange, fruit punch, etc. Peach is my favorite flavor, and the only other peach electrolyte option I've seen only comes in sugar-free and is crazy expensive. While the flavor is a little artificial (especially if you're NOT dehydrated and you get a salty aftertaste), it's still leagues better than any other flavor I've tried. Seriously—they aren't as overly fake sweet as other low-sugar mixes, which makes them taste more like peach with black tea, instead of just plain peach.

Ok. Has a bit of a funky taste. Won’t order again.
