No gas
Great protein powder. Most protein powders give major gas, but I do really well with this one. Chocolate peanut butter is my favorite.

Great protein product
We have been buying this protein for years and just realized it's on Amazon! It is by far my favorite protein. It mixes so well and is great quality for the price. The 5lb container lasts me and my husband about 6 weeks. It is low sugar. It does have some fake sugar and thickner to help the taste and mix. But I dont get much of that stuff anywhere else so it doesn't bother me.

Great but too damn expensive
It's probably the best protein powder i've had but they've gone from $60 per pucket to $80 and now over $100? That's pretty absurd. I'd like to buy more but I just don't have the budget to spend $100 on protein powder every month

I have used R1 protein for 15 years! Digest quickly and taste great.
Seriously, I have tried a lot of different protein supplements and drinks and R1 has been my family’s go-to protein power for 15 years. We are not body builders but we all lift/ exercise and are very active. My teens have grown up on it as well. It has it all and taste great compared to most out there. They have a lot of flavors and we have tried them all. It digest easily post and pre workout and mixes quickly.

Tasty even with water!
This is an amazing protein. By far the best one I’ve had so far. 6 to 8 ounces of water per scoop and it taste like you’re drinking liquid peanut butter cups. Used it during my weight cut and it shredded me.

Protein itself is great tasting. Beware, I’ve been sent the wrong flavor twice now and no returns.
