These clear gel pads are awesome, exactly as pictured - super comfy and really help take the pressure off when wearing heels. They adhere well with the adhesive and stay in place. Great foot cushions!! Put these in my 4” stilettos with my evening gown and I was able to wear all night without foot pain! Wish I would have found these sooner. They take a bit of patience to get them situated properly, but once I they stay put and you don’t have to remove them.

I bought these for my granddaughter’s shoes they were a little too big. They kept flopping and slipping . She had a wedding to go to, they turned out to be perfect.!!

I actually really appreciated the fast shipping! I had just started a 8-5 job that required me to walk at all times and expected me to be in a professional/business casual attire every day, and of course me I love wearing heels. I did not love the pain after and could only last 4 hours in heels until I ordered these and helped me last all day! Even the people around me would question how I would do it in stilettos all day :0

I wore these to wear with my open toed sandal with heels as my toes would slip out from the shoe from sweat etc. I wore it for a concert that I was standing, dancing and walking for almost 4 hours. It never came off, helped with feet sliding out, and did not come off easy when I tried to take it out of the shoe, so it has great adhesive that is still safe for the shoe. However, because of its thickness, it made my shoes extremely tight on me, that it caused cuts on the side of my toes from the heel straps. I would not recommend it if you’re looking for something to keep your toes from slipping out and your heels don’t have a way to make less tighter. If only it was a tad bit less thick, it would’ve been perfect.

I need these when I wear heels. Inoperable they work.

Great product!

The concept is good, but in reality, these inserts have a raised surface that the ball of my foot struck every time I took a step, making wear extremely uncomfortable. These added so much pressure to each step, and I would have preferred a completely flat insert as opposed to this. I do not recommend for those who are trying to lighten pressure on the ball of their foot in a pair of high heels.
