A year ago, I bought this soap dispenser and it works just as it should. I have had no issues with this dispenser at all. I think the battery life is outstanding. I have only had to change the batteries one time in a year, and it gets used several times a day. When I did change the batteries, the battery box was not soaked in water, unlike every one of my past soap dispensers. You can change the amount of soap it dispenses, and that is really convenient. I do not run straight dish soap; I mix it 50/50 with water, and it has no issue pumping out the soap at all. When I refill the soap, I just wipe down the outside of the dispenser, and it still looks brand new. I am completely satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a durable and dependable automatic soap dispenser.

I am so happy I got one of these for my kitchen. I love to cook and wash my hands a lot throughout the cooking process and was so tired of having to try to use the back of my palms to pump soap out of our old dispenser. This thing is bigger than I expected and holds a lot of soap. I was a little worried about how long the batteries would last, knowing how often I wash my hands, but they're still going strong after a little over 2 months of use so far. You can control how much is dispensed with the little controls on the top, I have mine set on the minimum and feel it's just right. My only complaint is that I wish the sensor was more sensitive, I would love to be able to stick a bowl or other dish under there and have it dispense soap onto it more easily than it does now, I have to kind of move it around to try to find the sweet spot to set off the sensor. It works fine for hands though so I can't complain too much.

I love the design and that I can see the soap level of this one. I hope it lasts at least two years. We need to make sure of using rechargeable batteries it seems. Very happy so far. With standard alkaline batteries the dispensed amount was good after pressing the - bottom 5 times. It senses and dispenses good putting my hand, sponge or brush twice in a row under it. I guess it senses the first time and dispenses the second time. I can live with that. It does not dispense in my soapy water container as the Simple Human did which worked only over a year, is less attractive, is more expensive, dispenses too much and does not show the soap level. With the standard alkaline batteries, the soap dispensing almost stop after one week. I did not find so called rechargeable alkaline batteries from a known maker and decided to use the disposable ones. After researching, it seems that the rechargeable NiMH batteries are also of alkaline base, so I just replaced them. Now again the dispenser is working good enough with NiMH batteries, the sensor works every single time on my hand brush or sponge. The only thing I see now is that I can’t reduce the amount of soap dispensed. The maker should revise the information on the actual kind of batteries to use.

I would give it 10 stars, if I could. The reason is it last more than 2 years since July 2022. Before, I bought this, I had 2 different brands, but just last about 6 months because water cause rust inside. I changed battery twice. This is good design, good water proof.

I really wanted to like this product but unfortunately after purchasing the first one it stopped working after 3mths. We then, purchased a second one thinking we just got a bad batch but once again after 3mths it stopped working. We changed the batteries twice, emptied out the soap and still didn’t ever work again. Now I’m currently searching for another dispenser.

This is prefect for when you have kids and they are doing the dishes ESPECIALLY if you've got 1 CHILD who thinks well if I Keep wasting the soap then I wouldn't have to be doing the dishes. Well jokes are on THEM because it gives them just enough at a time to get the job done. & IF THEY do run out of soap then all you have to do is pop off the top fill it up and let THEM get back to washing the dishes 😉😉
