Excellent series, riveting suspense, intricate plots, Tom Hanks at his best.
This set is perfect for those who do not already own the first two Da Vinci Code films. We saw the series over a few nights and there is excellent suspense, action and plot. Tom Hanks as Robert Langdon keeps you riveted, as do his partners in research. Ron Howard directs all three films which take you on a mad dash to historical cities and ancient buildings all around Europe. The tension and complexity of the films, never moderate, peaks with INFERNO, which has excellent turns and twists at the end. This is the only film that doesn't have the Church as the center of the mystery, but it takes place in Rome, the Vatican and Venice. All three films keep you in suspense from beginning to end. This 3-DVD set allows you to view the series anytime — at an economical price.

YOU Have TO ORDER & READ THIS SPECIAL EDITION OF INFERNO- IT'S INCREADITABLE & BEAUTIFUL
This is a beautiful, fabulous 100 Star product. I'm so glad i ordered it. I have it from when it first,but Ordering This Special Edition went beyond my expectations. It's a must have purchase. It enhandances the story. I cannot say enough marvelous things about this must have edition and reading/re-reading Inferno it's beyond words. (even if you read it when it first came out because this is sooo different & pictures are beautiful) Order it now before it is to late. You won't be sorry, It's a must have. I'm glad I did.

1st two are good, 3rd is meh.
Nice trio in the DaVinci code series. Inferno being the weakest in storyline and direction. Inferno is too convoluted and hard to follow. Hanks is not a action hero, leading man best material here either as the aging of years show. Ron Howard waltzed through the directing. However, DaVinci Code and Angels & Demons still shine and it's worth the purchase.
