Product is compact, screen is easy to read, instructions easy to follow, speed and distance seem accurate, light is strong and visible for daytime use as well. Was set up according to directions with all gaps carefully measured. I have a problem with the cadence intermittently and variably reading the actual cadence and then reading twice the actual cadence. It goes back and forth between those two readings. I have attempted to email customer service, got no reply after 3 weeks. My second attempt at email ended in a rejection of my email, no answer, just returned as undeliverable. Has any other customer had issues with the cadence reading? Does anyone else know how to reach customer service? I would give this higher rating once I solve the cadence issue.Update 9/15/17 - Customer service still an issue here. After three attempts to reach customer service, no success. I would be concerned about purchasing this item as a result.Update 10/6/17: Company did respond and sent new sensor and magnet and the device now functions flawlessly and accurately as advertised. I have been using the SHANREN Raptor II Wireless Bike Odometer for a week now on my daily commute. It is keeping me honest and helping me maintain a steady effort while riding. The light is as bright or brighter than as any of my previous lights which is important since over half my commute time is in the dark hours. Having the speedometer working with back light is great and since it is built into the same unit as the light there is no outside interference with the data.I have loaded the Shanren Sport (App)(Android), it is not intuitive, after struggling to load my physical information I was unable to finish the function because I could not change my weight. I will be testing any trip information on my next ride.This is a great concept and a nice unit but I'm not sure the software capability is complete.

Complicated to operate and all the functions doesn't work.

Sent me a used unit which is a bit frustrating. I'm not happy about that at all. But I figure if it works then Ill dismiss that as it is inexpensive, and it does work just fine. I have a Giant Toughroad with hydraulic brakes and the stem is very large as it is also part of the reservoir for the brakes so I used an extender to span the width of the stem and then mounted the unit on that, looks pretty cool. It works fine and does what I need it do and great for the cost. The light kicks ass and I will have no problems going on night rides on the bike trails around my area . Id give it a 5 stars had it not been used.
