I have to wear headphones on Teams calls all day long and had given up on my hair looking professional. This set allows me to create a variety of hairstyles with braids, buns, and other ways to manage my hair without curling it.

UPDATE: I returned it and they sent me a new one the next day which was perfect, which is awesome!The big tool arrived broken (see pic). It’s not usable since the top is open, which is a shame because I only ordered the package for that piece. Look like I will have to return. Definitely a manufacturer’s defect. I’m giving it 2 stars because the other pieces were fine and the product did arrive quickly. It also came with some sort of razor. I’m not really sure what that is though. Lol.

Comb is fine, just as described. The loops for the topsy tail on the other hand are made out of a cheap plastic. When you have the loop over the pony tail holder and invert it to make the topsy tail, the plastic at the base of the loop gets stressed when pulling the hair through and it's only a matter of time before it breaks off at that spot. With that said, I'm working with my kiddos thick long hair. Maybe it won't be a problem with short, more manageable hair?? It's up to you but I can not leave a stellar review from our experience.

I only received the comb and large hair loop. The small one is missing.I attempted to contact the seller and haven't heard back.If this is resolved I will change my rating.The product is good. I use them both almost daily. I just wish all the pieces were included.

I wish the smaller loop was even smaller. When I go to pull it through, it messes up the hair a little. A smaller, less obtrusive loop would be better. But it's fine, I just smooth it down again and correct it with bobby pins.
