Opened it today, used it first time. The bowl is cracked and leaks water. Its of no use as a result, worst part it is non-returnable. How does one deal with this? Such a good looking product but of no use? Attaching picture of proof of leakage. Will try to talk to Amazon Support However, when I spoke to Amazon Support, I got a replacement within 12 hours and the replacement is working great. Their oils are also fantastic.

The aroma diffuser lamp is small but looks beautiful and is effective. The ( natural) perfume oil enclosed however was not so good. Used the lamp with the Jasmin Joy perfume oil ( House of Aroma) and sandalwood perfume oil ( Nawab) purchased separately which were good. Good diffuser lamp.

I compared this to several diffusers available online, listing down some of the qualities I love about this diffuser: - Initially I thought the capacity of the bowl was not enough but whether you're using camphor or essential oils in water, this lasts hours - Aesthetically pleasing - Since it's not electric, I don't need to worry about auto cut-off or any accidents -Its soapstone, so gives even and regulated heat distribution. Less breakage compared to ceramic. - No soot collection under the bowl as the distance between the bowl and candle is decent. Just ensure you light your t-lite before placing inside. Remains clean. Would recommend Fish 4 hr tea lites for this diffuser, they work perfectly. Would recommend using a small stoneware or ceramic tray at the bottom to protect your table from heat.

I ordered a pair of diffuser of which one was received cracked. The seller has sent me another the next day which was received in good condition. It is good product and would suggest others to buy from this seller. Good work keep it up.

Very poor and cheap quality product. The circular base is paper thin. The one I bought had broken holes in the base which was tried to be fixed by the manufacturer. Even the mouth/entry for diya was broken. Only piece 1 candle in the pack.
