I just started using this luggage so far I have found it to be easy to maneuver with no issues, packing or zipper wise. It is also lighter than what I was carrying before so I hope it holds up as well.

UPDATE: I flew with the mid-sized bag and smaller bag for a 10-day trip, using the carry-on bag as my laptop bag, too. It worked fine and held enough of my necessary items in case of delayed luggage (which it turns out I needed). I used the mid-sized bag for everything else and had plenty of room for my full-size memory foam pillow, too. It was easy to spot the bag at baggage claim, which was one of the reasons I got these. Also, since my flights were delayed then rescheduled on the return home, my bag arrived prior to me. It was EASY for the baggage claim customer service rep to find my bag when I got there. They had already noticed its unusual pattern. LOL.As for the rolling issue I experienced earlier in a hotel. When the bags are full, they do sometimes hang up a bit on carpets that are more than the simple airport thickness. Also, the carry on tends to roll at an angle like it needs a front-end alignment. Nothing I couldn't handle, though. It fit fine in the overhead compartments, so it definitely does fit the carry-on criteria. If you expand it, it probably won't fit the guidelines. Even though I sprayed them with Scotchgard, there are a few dark stains on the checked bag. I'm not surprised but had hoped to avoid that.Earlier review: I like the design. My branding is giraffes, so when my older luggage tore up (after 20+ years) I needed a replacement. These are not the same company as my older luggage, but I hope they will last 20 years! The wheels gave me a bit of an issue on my first trip when rolling on carpet in the hotel. The bag was full and weighted down with items that I placed on top, so that might have been the issue. They rolled fine on hard floors.

I haven’t used these yet but seems like it could be durable, I could hope so for the price! Will update after travel.
