Great product. I love the Naked brand for everything they sell! As a recovering alcoholic, daily drinker I feel it's needless to say my gut was messed up! This has being my best freind repairing the damage of all the years of fun!

Use it everyday! Stomach issues improved.

2nd time buying this, first time seemed to have no issues. After my second purchase, I noticed the consistency of the powder was a little off, but that is all that seemed off so I continued taking it. The other day, I took some with the naked whey protein powder (which btw, seems normal, no off smell or anything) I had a terrible bout of acute gastritis that took several hours to subside. I also ate a sandwich before the gastritis so I was unsure what the actual cause was. I went to make another shake today and smelled inside this powder and it smelled terrible. I feel like it worked well the previous time I purchased but as other recent reviewers have noted, this may be a bad batch.

I wanted to wait before writing a review, and now that I’m halfway through my second order it’s safe to say this stuff WORKS! It has no harsh side effects like cramping or giving you the runs, it just makes your poops regular and … bigger than I’ve ever had before. I know it’s TMI, but it’s the only way to describe how regular (every single morning) I am and the amount of poop I’m eliminating daily has been mind boggling. I feel lighter, healthier, less bloated, and overall just so much better. I’ve tried many many things in the past to keep me regular, and this product is superior by leaps and bounds. I cannot recommend it enough, if you’re looking to be regular, purchase this product right away!

We are on our 3rd jar of this and I will continue to purchase it. Honestly, I have not noticed a huge difference, but my husband has experienced changes in his gut health. We mix it in our smoothies and it does not change the taste or consistency at all. My only complaint is the size of the handle on the measuring scoop. The handle is really long and it makes fitting it back in the jar difficult, especially when it’s new and there is a lot of powder. It’s a minimal complaint and nothing that will stop me from buying it.

Didn’t noticed a change in my gut health. I had high hopes when I ordered but nothing happened. I’m always looking for a way to overcome my stomach issues from my autoimmune disease. I followed the directions and never seen a change. With most fiber products I normally see a change for a week then it fades but this never did anything.
