After using this toothpaste only 3 days I could clearly see that they had whitened a couple of shades. I ordered the crest whitening strips a week later and after 2 weeks of those my teeth were pearly white. This toothpaste is GREAT for keeping my teeth from staining and yellowing. I will always do the tooth whitening strips by Crest twice per year...I use the ones with the 5% peroxide and wow they really work if you use them every day for an hour and use the UV light. Didn't mean to do a review of TWO tooth products but guess I just did lol! This toothpaste does whiten and it leaves the teeth feeling smooth and clean. Great taste it leaves behind after rinsing too.

This toothpaste isn’t a “whitening miracle.” More dramatic results usually require consistent brushing twice daily over about two weeks. I've been using this for over a month and it is clearly noticeable. Love it!

I have since switched to less abrasive product due to being older with more sensitive teeth. Didn't see more than slight change in color.

It really works by whitening the teeth, removing the yellow stains.. but it doesnt make it white white, only back to the natural colour of the teeth. It's yet not too harsh, as it doesn't cause any sensitive gun u like other whitening products. Can use as normal Toothpaste!
