I got these first last year and they were ok - nice price and no side effects. At the time I was very busy with other things and didn't notice them making a difference of any kind. I stopped taking them a few months ago. A month after I stopped taking them I noticed that my nails weren't as strong, my hair stopped growing lickety split, and my skin was very dry.Apparently being busy had caused me to not notice the difference this supplement had made. Because when I started taking them again in 2 weeks my nails got good, my hair got good, and my skin got goood!I hope they keep making these because i never want to stop taking them again!

I ordered this product because I found the ingredients satisfactory. I learned that one on the nutrients in this supplement are too high so if I take it daily, I get bumps around my jawline. I now just take it once or twice a week so I won't be able to tell for a long time if it is improving my hair, skin, or nails. But, if you get bumps around your jawline that are a bit different than acne, you shouldn't take this supplement so much.BUT, I never expected this product to work miracles. My skin looks the best when I am eating a good diet without processed food and a lot of sugar. I am just trying to make sure my body has access to the nutrients I need to grow stronger nails and hair, and keep my skin healthy so I don't mind taking it once or twice a week. I have thin, flimsy nails and that will take 6 months or more to see any results.

Key things: consistency, diet and patience. This product really works my hair is fuller, its growing like crazy, my skin and nails are healthy overall. You need patience along with lots of water, exercise, sleep and healthy diet. I recommend this product to anyone looking to enhance their beauty. CON: the powder is in a plastic capsule, but its simple to pour the contents in your mouth or water. I find it hard to digest the plastic wrap.
