Super Glowey once got it sticking ok
I got this because I wanted to have a go at some cool lithographs I had seen but using glow in the dark filament! So far, I've had issue after issue with my custom build printer so all I've managed is this baby YodaIt took a little bit of tweaking settings with this filament, I found it especially stringy and it struggled to stick to heat bed...I found raising my bed by 5 degrees and dropping my extruder by 6 managed to do the trick alright along with upping my retraction a few mmAfter this, it seemed to print pretty well!Overall I do like the new filament, it glows a lot more than I actually thought it would!I did have a slight issue with it snapping, its slightly more brittle than previous filaments I've had from this company but it was still not too badThe main thing with this filament is actually having some decent ideas to mess around with! The filament does take a few tiny tweaks to get the best out of it,but other than that, its nice filament! The composition is slightly different due to the glow in dark material they mix it with, but nothing most printers can't handle unless yours is very sensitive like mine in which case it does make a bit of a faff initially tuning for this, but I think you'll struggle to find something that isn't that is glow in the darkVery happy with it! Super Glowey?!

I like it :-)
This is a strong filament, bonds/layers very well 0.6mm and above, 217 nozzle temp, 65 bed temp, speed 60.. would not print 0.3mm and struggled/failed getting the first layer down. This filament needs sun light or UV to charge the glow.

Beautiful colour, but needs drying
Ah GEEETECH filaments.Honestly, I like these guys. They make great filaments for a really affordable price. That being said, what I found is, their filament is a bit wet when you get it.Now, packing is good, you get your roll nicely packaged in vacuum bag with a dessicant bag inside. For that, no complaints. But, dessicant bag isn't enough to keep it print ready out of the box.So I did some tests as you can see in the pictures provided. Right of the box, I've printed a temperature tower and as you can see this thing strings A LOT.Now, I actually do 3d printing services so I know that first thing you do is to dry the filaments before printing.Temperature tower might look pretty bad, but next test I did without drying it is to print a self watering pot. As you can see, doesn't look as bad, because it doesn't have fine details to cause stringing. It only needed to be in a drybox for few hours on about 50c for all that stringing to go away. It's a great filament really, I like that almost terracotta colour. One star is deducted just because it came with more moisture than some other brands. Nevertheless, I would say if you want a nice filament and willing to dry it for few hours (as you should either way). You won't go wrong with this one.All tests were done on Prusa mini plus that I use for prototyping, no special settings were needed, and after drying it prints great. Love the matte look.

glows very well.
this product it great. it glows realy well . the spool is very well wound and i have not had many problems with it so far apart from when you go to use it the next day ( left on the printers spool holder ) it does tend to snap off , just at the point it enters the extruder motor for some reason.i tried to add a picture of it but when i did it wiped my review and i had to start again. so trust me it is well wound.the colour i used was the luminus green .it sticks very well to the build plate and i have had no problems with blockages , my ender 5 pro seems to like it well so i think i will stick to this make , its just a real shame they don`t do more colours like fluro green or very bright colours , those i had to buy elsewhere .temps where 221 at the nozzle , and 55 at the build plate . a very consistent make.will buy more .

Garbage - clogs all the time
I spent over 30 hours trying to tune my printer to print this filament. In the end I realised that it's not worth it. This cost me a rapido UHF and a Beacon probe in the process that were engulfed in a blob of death due to clogs. That's when I gave up. Still have half the spool left.I tried printing just a normal 5mm thick 200x200mm test print:- at low temps 220-240c @ 100mms and it would randomly skip- at higher temps 250c, 260c, 270c, 290c @ 100mms and it printed fine for the first 3 layers then just clogged in the middle of the print.- at 240c @ 25mms and it clogged!- at 290c @ 25mms and it clogged!Makes no sense and I can only conclude that the diameter of the filament is much too inconsistent or that the material itself has too much inconsistency.Shame, because I really rate the PETG and PLA from Geetech! Very disappointed. Will not be buying again

Clogging in printer head!
The media could not be loaded. Ok… truth is i struggled with this TPU, however, it really is great; once i sorted the problem of curling up in the head. If this happens to you, I suggest setting the nozzel temp to 240° and tightening the TPU on the reel its on. “Load” the filament at least 3 times just before using it. I dont meant take it out and load over and over. Just let it keep extruding. Im running the temp at 240° and the bed 60°. It really is worth the money. Very happy with it. Also Really think of supports if doing small precision work. Hope this helps. 👍🏾

Ideal for dark nights to leave spooky spiders around the garden for Halloween
So we needed to make the garden more fun as we not trick or treating this Halloween, this glow in the dark filament is ideal. Printed very smooth, stuck to my PEI sheet like glue I had to really flex it to come off. Printed at 80mm/s on core xy @ 215C, 2 walls and 15% infll with alternate 3rd wall, spider is 12 x 13 cm and 70gms, is a print in place off Cults for £1.39 or something. Really impressed with the shiny finish, very strong and resilient which is needed for a fully articulated model. Now to print nine more and I will have ten glow spiders for this well priced filament. The colour is more apple green in real life , camera phone chose a less green shade. The glow pictures are just taken in a dark hallway at 10am, not in darkness and still looks good.
