This is a really good set of activity books. I started teaching my son letters with Jolly phonics and purchased the workbooks to go with the scheme which are good but he gets fed up colouring and just writing the letter repeatedly. This set are colourful and have stickers to match, other activities to go and do, colouring and some letter writing which is just enough but not too much, a great set to start young children on, my son started these age 3 1/2 and they were just the right level, we did the alphabet sounds to start and he has just turned 4 and we are now moving onto the other sounds. He has picked up the sounds well and can blend the short words, these are at the back of the book and are a useful check of how things are going. Would highly recommend these and have done to lots of friends. Will be purchasing another set for my daughter when the time comes.
