It did what I needed it to do on my 2022 Sienna.
The Toyota Sienna hitch sits low and so I needed something to raise my trailer more than two inches. This definitely worked and did more than a fantastic job. When you hot the break and low speeds you do notice a rattle, that's because the metal piece that slides up and down does not fit as snug as some would wish it would. What you hear is the sound of your trailer pushing up against this and this stopping your trailer. It does not rattle while driving, its very easy to install and honestly people whining about minor nuances are picky. Someone claimed "It’s crooked and has lots of slack" It is not crooked, the camera on their vehicle is not centered. There is some slack but as another reviewer stated, a piece of rubber solves that issue which I did not try yet. As far as the missing pieces some people claimed, that was not my experience so I cannot speak to that. I would say I would buy again but this thing isnt going anywhere. It easily got me through a 500 mile trip this week. Buy it and enjoy it!

Handy to have with the height adjustment.
This hitch functions as needed and I need the height adjustment for different trailers. My only small issue is that the height adjustment pin is a little sloppy but overall, it has worked out well.

Works great
I use this mostly on our SxS and tractors for work on our property. You can set it for just about any height you need.As some of the other have done, I ended up buying 2 just to get the extra portable ball mount part as I still needed the slot for the little mower trailers and such that have a hitch pin mount so I can use both without changing hitch's.I don't need a heavy duty hitch so this works great for around my property and even if I haul something heavy I'm not doing 70 mph so not going to have any issues anyway.

Great hitch.
I got this because I wanted a hitch I could adjust. I just got a utility trailer and found that my SUV sits fairly high and I needed something other than the standard sizes.I just took this about 200 miles. All was good. In fact, after arriving at my destination, I raised this up a notch just to get it more level. It is very easy to adjust. It literally takes more time to unhook the trailer from the ball than to adjust. The other advantage of this type of hitch is the trailer can be raised for certain situations. One such example is when pulling in and out of my driveway, the old hitch rubbed where the bolt is and scratched the driveway. This is the main reason I lifted it one notch. It has enough clearance now but if it still bottomed out I could have raised if another notch or two just to back it in the driveway. Also, at my destination, I had to back the trailer through a bumpy yard. There was some rubbing in the grass so I easily could have raised the hitch several inches just to gain some clearance if it was too bad.Another advantage of this hitch is it extends some to add clearance. I have 10 ft kayaks with an 8 ft trailer. I can allow the kayaks to stick out the front and not hit the car without an extender.I saw some reviews complained of noise and rattling. I didn't notice any but will buy adjusters if needed. I am only using this for my utility trailer sp there won't be any heavy loads. It is illegal in my state to ride with an exposed hitch so I will have the opportunity to inspect this for wear everytime I unhitch the trailer. It is heavy and so far I like it very much.

HIGH lift for little Toyota
I own a Toyota Matrix and a H-Freight 1195lb folding trailer, after installing a curt class 2 receiver (122313) the receiver is 9"lower then the trailer when level, nobody sells a class 2, nine inch hitch riser for highway use.I connected a 1 1/4" to 2" adaptor to my car, then installed this monster adjustable hitch,It stuck out 18", weighed a TON and was flopping around, obviously not acceptable, But I needed it to work. Here are 4 pictures, (#1) hitch and adaptor as sold, 18" long(#2) hitch and adaptor after cutting down length of each,(#3) shortened hitch and adaptor fitted together, now 12" long and a solid one piece,(#4) welded and painted, no more sloppy play, after adapting and shorting now 3lbs lighter,If you can't weld, No problem, cut the pieces down making room to get them as short as possible and go to any good muffler store for a low cost welding job, this will still be capable of holding far more weight then my Toyota, Receiver, or trailer could ever carry.

Value versus dollar
I now have two of these and I have multiple trailers have one set up with a 2 and 5/16 and I have one set up with a 2 in ball work as it should the only complaint I have is when it's pinned together it's got a little too much slop in it and it makes a rattling noise when you take off and start thinking about getting a small piece of metal to fill the gap and weld it to it and repaint it
