I really like this product, the only reason i'm not saying it's 5/5 for accuracy is because nothings ever 100% accurate. I've read a few reviews on here and those reviewers are confused... You only need to check once a day at most, if you check multiple times in 10 minutes it will change, that's because no number will stay the same for any length of time in regards to keto levels, glucose levels etc... They will always fluctuate, even if there was a perfect way to test ketone levels, it would also fluctuate if you checked multiple times, whether that be in 10 minutes or through out the day. Get the kit, it's a good kit and as long as you're not obessive over the numbers and test multiple times a day you'll get a fantastic idea on where you are in your ketosis journey.

This did not work. I’m on a keto diet so wanted to check myself for ketosis. It told me I was at 3.9. I thought, wow I’m doing well. Until my husband (who eats carbs and had just had granola) tested it and it said he was in ketosis too. I then checked my carb loving vegan daughter who never fasts. It also said she was in ketosis and lastly my older daughter who had just had jelly babies and who never fasts was also apparently in high level of ketosis. We tried resetting it. We tried different batteries, but every test came out as a high level of ketosis. It was very disappointing. Thank goodness Amazon let us return it! Thank goodness I tested it in others. I thought I was just doing really well at the keto diet but in fact it just was not working.

This item is brilliant i have used it for a while now no problems at all.

I needed to find out if I produce ketones while I fast. When we have insulin resistance or problems with this hormone, the body will not enter ketosis. It might be dangerous to fast. I produce ketones like a machine. So grateful for this tool. Even using a needle is not painful at all.

Works well but you don’t get a lot of sticks and they are so expensive to get more. It’s cheaper to buy a new one rather than top up the sticks. It’s a waste really

Easy to use. Robust and easy to use keto strips. If you don’t add enough blood on the keto test strip it won’t ruin the stick. This is my second blood meter and I’m enjoying. The only down side is that the keto blood strips are so expensive.

I have been on my keto diet journey for 2 months. I bought some keto urine sticks but they didn't tell me anything so I wanted to buy a blood ketone meter. Some were expensive. I did my research and found this one. It is good value, and is easy to use and I am very pleased with it. I look forward to knowing what my number is. Yes, you have to buy lancets and strips but after a while, you don't need to test so often. I'm still in the phase where I love to do it!

Attention, ne faites pas la même erreur que moi : c’est un lecteur de cétones, PAS de glycémie. Donc si vous cherchez à suivre votre taux de sucre, passez votre chemin, ça ne fonctionnera pas pour ça. Cela dit, je l’ai gardé quand même, parce qu’il fonctionne très bien, il est précis, rapide, compact, et la petite pochette fournie est super pratique : tout est bien rangé, facile à emporter partout. Très bon produit si vous suivez un régime cétogène ou surveillez vos cétones pour des raisons médicales. Na een tijdje teste de apparaat alleen 0.2 dus ik heb toen op een teststrip water gebruikt inplaats van bloed en WEER 0.2 Dagen achter elkaar 0.2 het maakt niet uit of je hebt gegeten of niet het blijft 0.2

My first ketone Meter. I use it for myself and occasionally with patients. It’s easy to use. The instructions and scale provided are accurate and simple to follow. The blood keto levels provided is as accurate as the scale I use in the hospital. Great product.

Ganz einfach zu bedienen und man hat in Sekunden das Ergebnis. Mit dem Gerät bin ich sehr zufrieden. Ich hoffe, dass ich hier auch die Teststreifen bekomme.
