Simplistic concepts, easy to read, Overall great book!
This is a great book if your looking for a birds eye view on being a boss. It's an easy read and the workbook style note taking sections, assists readers to learn thier own organization. I particularly enjoyed the chapter on "Leadership".Mike Kraus's Fire Service experience really shines through in that chapter. All in all, this is a wonderful book to dive into the often overlooked but vital aspects of being in charge.

Real world leadership made simple
Great book. Simple and straightforward explanations of leadership concepts applied in the real world. I have been working to apply what Chief Kraus outlines in this book and have been getting very positive feedback on my leadership from both my supervisor and my subordinates.
