I got this for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day, he’s been saying how his room is very dry. This was very adorable, and portable, so I bought it. He loves it, never hear about a dry room again!

Amazon use to do so well with their products, not any more i see. i waited for this little machine to arrive only to be disappointed AGAIN ! it does nothing but put on a light show....i knew i should have went to fiveBelow...but i will in the morning and i'm sending this junk back asap ! Update 4/9/22 amazon replaced this item with questions asked...and it works GREAT...5stars for me !

Works as it should.

Worked for 3 days then quit entirely. When it worked the lights would randomly come on by themselves and wake me up. Not worth the trouble to send back for $12.

I bought it with the goal of using it _only_ during the winter to raise the humidity in a small 170sq ft (15.8 sq m) room by _10 points_ - from 35 to 45. I didn't need it to do much more.The description says "Floor Area - 10 Meter" - I'm guessing they meant 10 sq m (which is 107.6 sq ft).It managed to raise the humidity by 7 points within 24 hours and by another 2 within the next 24 hours of pretty much constant running. That's it. Now, the humidity fluctuates between 41 and 43 depending on how often you open the door and or if you switch the humidifier to intermittent running.So, the effect is weaker than just hanging a wet bath towel every day (which raises the humidity by 12).I'd say that the only way to get a noticeable effect, you need to keep this (or any small) humidifier next to your face (no farther than a foot).Pros: very quiet and easy to use.Also, the manufacturer says "Please use tap water or mineral water". If your tap water has lots of minerals, you'll get lots of white dust/powder in the room.

The media could not be loaded.  I did not know how to get this humidifier started and I just play around with it. I was about to send it back but poof it started working.

cute tho. works well. the cord that comes with it is short , so i got a different one. easy to use, not sure where to get replacement filter thingys tho.
