Bought one for my 5 and 1 year old. Sizes are true to size and it is adjustable around the crown of head. I like that it has a breakaway strap. Great quality, breathable, and nice bright colors.

I purchased the SwimZip Wide Brim Sun Hat with some concern that my 14-month-old might resist wearing it at the beach. Thankfully, she took to it right away and now wears it without any fuss. After using it for 2 months, I’m quite impressed with this product.The hat is adjustable to fit different head sizes, and the adjustable chin strap helps keep it secure. The standout feature for me is the anti-choke clasp, which gives me peace of mind knowing that my daughter can safely breakaway from the hat if needed. The brim is wide enough to provide excellent shade, keeping her face well-protected even when she’s looking around.We visit the beach often, and after nearly every trip, I toss this hat into the washer along with the rest of our beach gear. The rim stayed up all day at the splash pad. Still looks great even thought my 1 year old went under a waterfall tons and was pretty rough with it. This was just our first time using it. If anything changes... I'll update my review.

We ordered a few hats but this one beat the others out! The brim is nice and wide, so provides decent protection. All the features work well and seem comfortable for our 14 month old! We purchased the 6-24 month size and were able to adjust it to fit well this summer and it looks like it might still fit next summer! The bag it comes in also doubles as a waterproof bag to keep items dry/sand free or (like we've used it) hold wet swimsuits after water play.

I slowly got all 3 of my kids there own hat, I love the quality of it, I love how it will last them years before getting them a new one. I got them these hats because we are hiking and I wanted to protect there heads and faces especially my son since he will burn real easily. Love the wide brim for a well coverage of the face. Do not waste any more time start getting your kids this hat, well worth it.

I loved this little hat for my son when he was younger. It did a great job at keeping the sun out of his eyes while also protecting him from getting burnt. It is lined underneath and breathable so it was comfortable for him to wearing in the summer heat. It was a beautiful shade of blue that really complemented his eyes.
