A pain to get in as usual but excellent. Way better than the stupid Oreilly part that is actually a MZ3 axle that they are passing off as a MS3 axle...yes they are doing that. I compared them and the Oreilly part was half the diameter of these as they were not the correct part for the Speed. Buy these if you have anything near stock hp or above a little. I'd say less than 500hp these should be fine. above that then I would definitely consider the stage 2 axles at edgeautosport

Axles
Both Axles are pretty beefy and been handling the beating ,pretty good oe replacement.Only thing is the boots seem very fragile compared to oem but other than that a good axle for the ms3’s

Smaller, weaker passenger side vs. stock.
This review is for a 2008 Mazdaspeed 3. The DRIVER SIDE is great. Fit is as factory and I have no issues. These are a very competitive price and appear to be 100% new, and not refurbished parts. The passenger side, however, is clearly not up to factory standards. This may be the st9ck shaft intended for a regular, non-turbo Mazda 3. It looks like it will fit. But it's also built with about half the strength. Even the necked-down section of the stock shaft is 4mm larger diameter then this replacement. The CV joints themselves are also much smaller, by as much as 20mm for the inner joint! These would probably work for mild drivers. But I cannot see the passenger shaft and joints holding up under aggressive driving with the turbo car.
