Great for fasting!
These are great to help fill nutritional gaps and for fasting. I feel a general sense of lightness, almost as if my cells are getting more oxygen, as a result of using this product. Highly recommend!

Love the product, wish the nutrition info was for a smaller serving size
These are great! I take 4 first thing in the morning before my walk, and it not only keeps me from getting too hungry, they also help me feel more calm and focused throughout the day. My only complaint is the serving size is 30, and I’m feeling better with only few and there’s no way to know the protein amount for a smaller serving size.

Way too much $$ for what you get
Bad on me for not reading all of the details. When I ordered. Each pack contains 30 “bits” so I assumed that was enough for 1 month (@ 1 bit/day) but (1) serving size is 30 bits! This purchase works out to be a 2 day supply for the $24 (+ tax)! bleep! $12/day is just silly. Please learn from my mistake and don’t buy this product, at least this serving size. The product may be good but it’s way too expensive to buy it like this to even be able to tell if there are any benefits.
