THERE IS NO WARRANTY - PLEASE DONOT BUY AS THERE IS NO RECOURSE VIA AMAZON or SELLER after 7days.Excellent Looks & Feel - works well until it doesStopped working after 14 daysCustomer Service number provided doesn't work and Amazon doesn't help in resolving as well.Amazon Customer Support only claims to contact Seller & try to arrange a resolution which could take 7-14 days.I don't think this product of seller is COMPLIANT with Medical Devices (Amendment) Rules, 2020 as there is no mention of the required in any of the documentation. In order to obtain registration for medical devices, the importers and manufacturers of the medical devices have to be certified as compliant with ISO-13485 (Medical Devices – Quality Management Systems – Requirements for Regulatory Purposes). BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Doesn't work
Despite being fully charged, this nebuliser switches off in five seconds. It doesn't work. I am returning it.

The product has a very short life
I have been using this brand for almost 3 years but I am disappointed with the quality of the heating element which fales 100% everytime. Everytime I get it replaced the company asked me to send the old one back at my own experience

Nebulizer stops working in 3 -4 seconds. Return request was lodged but no response from your side.

It’s incomplete or battery is missing
I have received this incomplete and one battery is missing and this one battery is not even getting out so that I can change the battery 🙁
