180 Piece Viton O-Ring Kit

These were the only A007 high-temperature O-rings I could find, needed a few A007's to make some grill bumpers for my Samsung stove. In order to get replacement bumpers from Samsung,(probably a 10 cent part), you need to buy the whole freaking grill. I purchased on Amazon some smaller bumpers for a Viking range, some high-temp RTV (J-B weld 31314), these O-rings, and made my own.

I've been using these for a bit over a decade, and finally needed a second box. They're my go-to for replacement automotive o-rings, when they're the correct size for the application.

These o-rings are of high quslity, when one needs to create a positive seal where slightly elevated temperatures are combined with chemicals and vibration are issues.

Doing some maintenance on my 2002 Isuzu Rodeo, I ran into one part that the parts store didnt have in stock. Vinton o-rings for the injectors, coolant lines to the water pump, and etc. This was a quick and easy purchase. Now I have my Isuzu back together, leak free. I prefer to have spares, and a variety of parts for random repairs. This is a decent kit and holds up to fuel and other chemicals.

Has most every size needed for automotive work

If you need temperature qualities of viton this won’t perform.400F 20min and all rings were totally deflected.Also very little material in each size. Wouldn’t recommend if you have sensitive or high temperature needs. Poor quality overall.I wish they’d just make the set significantly smaller with fewer pieces and give you fatter rings of quality. 4 per size 20 pieces total type thing.

These O rings are compatible with oil and other petroleum products.I changed the pressure release O ring on a Mityvac fluid extractor. The company needs to address their oversight by putting improper O rings in the unit. By changing one O ring with these I saved nearly $225....Applications include: Hydraulic Oil, Petroleum Base, Silicone oil and grease, Mineral and vegetable oil and grease, Aliphatic hydrocarbons (fuel, butane, propane, natural gas), Aromatic hydrocarbons (benzene, toluene), Chlorinated hydrocarbons (trichlorethylene and carbon tetrachloride), Chlorine Water, Gasoline, Fuels, Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), Natural Gas, Propane, Diesel Oil, High vacuum, ozone and weather.AVOID-- Ketones, hot water, steam, Brake Fluid, alkalis, and Skydrol® fluids, Ammonia gas, amines, alkalis, Skydrol 500, Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK), Low molecular organic acids (formic and acetic acids) --Hope this helps.

Excellent O-Rings, materials made for all situations, primarily or only reason I purchased this is to fix my Coleman products, COLEMAN Collectors out there this kit is perfect for repair of you lanterns and stove, the size and requirement fit perfectly. I'm happy with the purchase, only con was it shipped to long BUT it did indicate it was coming from the u.s. Overall, happy with the product, I will buy again.
