The scale arrived very quickly. It is quite heavy and well made. Looks just like the wt scales in medical clinics. Instructions are written by native English speaking persons with good photos. A small but important assembly tool is included. Wheels on scale on some units are very helpful in moving. Assembly requires laying the scale flat over a padded table or perhaps a bed. Scale was in perfect calibration and this can be adjusted easily if needed with the weights in 0 position.

This is a piece of junk! I've had mine for almost a month and have yet been able to stabilize the weights. I have to keep a screwdriver next to it so that I can adjust the weight before I use it each time. I would not suggest this product for any one.

This thing works like a champ and is always consistent with the one at the doctor's office. I use it often, and it is easy to read and functions just as it should.Assembly is a bit tricky; ensure you do not remove the shipping tabs until the last step, or everything starts to move and becomes a nightmare. They left that out of the instructions, LOL

This scale is perfect and exactly what I was looking for.
