Exactly what I was looking for to control my bathroom exhaust fans.

The Good:These timer switches function very well, and I like the available time selections. Finally, my family won't be able to leave the bathroom fans on all day (as long as they don't learn about how to turn on the fan and bypass the timer). Speaking of bypassing the timer, that seems like a really handy feature and I'm glad it's there.The Bad:These switches are a little more of a pain to install than your typical light switch. Due to the use of color-coded leads instead of posts on the switch itself, the length of wire that you have to pack into your electrical box is even more than it was before. Add onto that the approximate double in in-box volume required by these switches, and it makes the inside of the box you're mounting these to quite cramped. I would have much preferred a series of posts on the sides of the switch (like any other household electrical switch), but that would maybe be less friendly to people unfamiliar with the typical positioning of posts on electrical fixtures (and I wouldn't know where the neutral wire would connect). The size of the switch itself has to do with the digital nature of the switch, and there's probably not a lot of room for them to make it any smaller. Even understanding that, it's annoying.The Ugly:Blue LEDs are always so bright. They're not diffused well, so they're super bright at night. If you plan on putting these near your bed, make sure you're okay with taping something over these lights so you can sleep at night.

These work exactly as advertised and the quality seems pretty good. But do note, that the lights are pretty bright. Almost night light bright. You definitely don't want these in a bedroom. We have them in our bathrooms on the fan so it's okay, but they do put out a noticeable amount of light. Our bathroom glows blue at night.

I've been searching for a reliable timer switch for some time now and I think I've found just the one. Installation was simple as the instructions were quite simple in character with helpful pictures. The packaging was actually quite impressive because I thought for the price there'd be the bare minimal. 4 wire nuts were included and thankfully the stranded electrical wires were a good length not required additional striping.Just keep in mind that for installation you need a neutral wire. Which means likely you'll need to run this device off a switch that has a 14/3 wire (red, black, white, ground) for complete functional ability. As I learned just because there is a white and black wire at a switch doesn't mean the white wire is "neutral".

Purchased the 5 pack. We have 4 bathrooms and each has a ceiling fan. Of course, what happens is someone turns on the fan and it runs pretty much forever. Putting in these timers is just common sense so we do not have to waste electricity. As others have noted if you have a recent house the neutral wires in all of our boxes were jammed in the back. It was easy enough to pull them out to attach to and push back in to the back. If your house is older you probably want to check the box that you have neutral wires before ordering. I know our last house built in 1948 did not have neutral wires.

These are fairly easy to install. I put it in the master bathroom and getting ready to place in the kids bathroom and guest bathrooms for the fan switch. Guests are usually the ones who are ashamed of the smell they left behind so they would rather leave the fan on for hours Before you might discover it running this the timer works great. I assume the little LED light that always stays on, doesn't use as much electric as if the fan was left on for long periods of time.Timer switch can be left in the preferred time lapse position or the minutes can be changed. Works perfectly.

Good product but the individual LED lights next to each timer setting started to go out within 1 year. Consequently you have no indicator as to which time limit is set.

Great value, easy to install, works as advertised. It can be inconvenient to have to go back to the bathroom to turn off the exhaust fan so this product 100% solves this problem. It is best to have this timer switch than not, especially for landlords with tenants who don't care about their property, as it will encourage them to get rid of the moisture after showers without worrying about unnecessarily paying for electricity. We've installed this whole pack and previous units without any issues. Although we do wish there is an override to keep it on past 30 minutes for the odd time we need it for longer.

It's cheaper than other timer switches out there and it does the job.One thing that I'm not sure if I like or not is that the blue LED lights are opposite to your intuition. The blue lights are always lit to indicate the amount of time that is set and the light under the big button is on when the device is off. When you turn the switch on, the light under that button turns off. The instructions said this was by design (as a night light).Other timer switches that I've used was the opposite. The LEDs would be off until you turn on the switch.

I purchased the 5-Switch Combo package. I installed 3 of these in my house, all for the exhaust fan in each bathroom. The lights are a bright blue colour and you can definitely see these in the dark - There is no actual "Night Light" other than the LED that indicates the time setting and the On/Off Button.The timer is accurate for the most part and on rare occasions I've noticed it will stay on longer than it should but only by a few seconds up to a minute. You need a neutral wire in your electrical wiring or this will not work for you. You may also need to make sure you have enough room in your electrical box, although I had no issues installing in a double sized electrical switch box.

Some of the blue LED lights burn out within a year or so… So then you don’t know what setting it’s on. Timer itself works pretty well. As some users suggested, the LED Lights are very bright at night, almost like having a night light. I like it but do keep the bathroom door closed
