Samsung Galaxy Official Tab S8 / S7 Note View Cover Black

I purchased this case until my keyboard cover arrives. I wanted something sturdy but most of all, cheap. I got this at a very low price so I'm happy with it but I wouldn't have paid full price. One thing to note: one of the pictures for this case shows what I assumed to the purchased case with the Samsung keyboard from the keyboard cover, attached. This is inaccurate and is impossible with this case, there is no cut out for the keyboard to attach and the case itself is too thick for the little PoGo prongs on the keyboard to reach through the case to attach to the tablet. I thought I'd mention this incase anyone else makes the mistake I did. The case adds a fair bit of weight to the tablet but it is well made and it has a very sturdy kick stand at the rear. The sides of the case have a nice textured surface that still allows for a good grip even with wet hands.

NOTE; I got this on sale for 12 pounds This thing is built like a tank. Maybe a little too hefty as a travel case but definitely nice to have around the house. Hinge is brilliantly solid (Think Surface Pro level rigidity). The side grippyness is also excellent for holding the tablet. That said it adds a bit of heft to an already hefty tablet so if you are primarily holding the tablet it might not be the best option. At nearly 500g it brings the tablet to about 1.2kg...fine if you go to the gym frequently...likely to crush you if you thought the tablet was too heavy to hold without the case!

Excellent item, in pristine, like new condition, just what I wanted. Offers great protection, good grip and a sturdy kickstand. Great price too as it was much cheaper being an Amazon Warehouse purchase. Well worth a look.

I pre-ordered this case just after I ordered the tablet from Samsung. I knew that it would take some time to get the free keyboard cover and didn't think it a great idea to use without some protection. This case is very strong and well designed. It fits around the edges of the tablet and covers the back with a slot for the pen. It's very comfortable to use because it has a grip edge. Very similar to a Samsung case that I had for my S21 phone. The stand is strong and can be set to various positions. As it runs the full width of the case the tablet is held well in whatever position you want. The only disadvantage is that there is no protection for the screen.

Though it may be on the pricier side as far as cases go, it's very well made and provides great protection. The stand is very sturdy and strong, with all the angles you'd need, and the section for the pen provides good protection for it and easy access.

Already got a few case like keyboard case that come with the tablet, TPU case, and crash-proof protective case. But this one is the best due to unlimited angle for the stand and thin and light enough for portability. Best case to use massive S8 Ultra as hand held tablet. It will be great if keyboard can attach to this case

No, not the maxim of a certain political party but a statement of the robustness of the case. It does add some weight to the light tablet but provides assurance that your device will be well protected, particularly on the move!

It's a genuine, original Samsung product and it fits absolutely perfectly. The protection of this tablet is crucial, because this tablet is not cheap. The only problem is, this is almost permanently out of stock everywhere. And if it's somewhere available, it's horribly overpriced. The same as the other Samsung accessories for this tablet.
