Be carefull.I ordered a couple of medicines. All of them were with recent mfg dates & the expiry date being almost 2 years from now.But this product, which has Shelf Life of 24 Months, was delivered to me with only 3 Months Shelf life left.

This product received a few days before is simply wonderful, why i said is because i am very sensitive to vitamin changes. Mostly every person cannot feel the change even after taking this supplement for 2 to 3 months. I felt the change within a week as i closely observer the changes. The changes are like freshness in your sight, mentally cool and alert, the freshness of the air you breath, the lessening of strain in your legs and joints even after long brisk walks. I actually felt that the quality of vitamins are natural and effective. BUT for those people with moderate to high BP you should be careful while taking this supplement as it contains minerals. While taking this supplement monitor your BP for a month or more on a regular basis because if the minerals quantity is more then there will be a rise in BP as the minerals absorb more water in your body increasing water content slightly more than the normal which intern puts load on heart and the heart has to work harder and therefore the BP rises. Accordingly adjust the dose like using 1/2 tablet or 1/4 tablet at different times of the day or by increasing the gap of days between 2 tablets. Anyways the added advantage in this supplement is the Ginseng and the antioxidants, the former increases sexual wellness and latter for removing the free radicals due to pollutants which cause dangerous diseases. Antioxidants protects every cell in your body.This product really contains what it has mentioned and also safe.

This is a nice product from muscle XP. Not only recommended for gym goers but also other people who want to take care of their health. As it contains more vitamins and minerals than other products. One tablet is sufficient for a day as it meets the daily recommended dose in most vitamins and minerals. Good product overall at a lesser cost compared to other imported brands like ON, Muscle Tech etc. I was detected with some vitamin deficiency and this product was there to save me! Overall good product. I think that I have found a quite good Daily Vital Multivitamin supplement .With my age nearing 45 I was looking for some good Multivitamins and happened to get this product on amazon.Considering the benefits that I have got – thought of putting them in this review so that all of you can benefit,I could see that it helped to boost my energy levels when I started taking them in luke warm water everyday after breakfast . but recommend pl consult your healthcare professional if any .This has also worked on me to relieve some stress – and made me more relaxed after I started getting this tabled daily.When I went through the product details I culd find that this has several vital ingredients that can really help everyone like – Lipoic acid , Lutein , Grape seed extracts etconly issue i could find was it has a bit different smell !

It's an awesome quality product.There is 100% improvement in my overall fitness and immunity. I see real change in my shape and weight. My stamina is also improved .I can easily cycle longer, harder and better now.If you really need to see the benefits in action, you need to be using this regularly . Add it along with some sort of exercise.Don't expect overnight change.Within just 1 month you will start noticing the improvements and feel much more healthier from inside.I only found the smell too strong, its not bad smell, but not a pleasant one either. I had been using a combination of Ginseng pure supplement along with a similar food supplement that packed essential vitamins and minerals. However managing these as different, individually bought items was getting messy and time consuming. This is why I bought the Muscle XP option that provides a great combination. The price is reasonable. I was not expecting huge discounts since a good brand will maintain a certain pricing standard. Now I don’t need to supplement separately for ginseng, glutamine and lycopene. This serves the purpose of my daily nutritional supplementation. I also plan to stop taking Shilajit that is another good herbal metabolism booster but causes some gastric issue.
