The jeans are amazing, comfortable, durable, soft, fit well when you get the correct size. But if you want the correct size, buy it in a brick and mortar store instead of Amazon. Ordered the size 34W x 32L from Amazon. First order was delivered and they shipped 32W x 34L. The “automated” process was nothing but to request a replacement (took me 35 mins as an IT person to get to to submit cause of their Rufus AI causing issues). Replacement arrives same problem. Call customer service who proceeds to tell me it’s the same thing…. Finally issues a refund and tells me to place a different order as something is corrupted with that order number. Place an entirely new order, 34W x 32L, and guess what THEY DID THE SAME THING AGAIN!!!! After a 45 min phone call with a supervisor and had to explain 7 times why 34x32 and 32x34 isn’t the same thing in clothing, they finally agree to process the return and then tell me that I shouldn’t order from that seller again. Funny part is Ships and Sold by AMAZON.COM!

I ordered a 34/32, but received a 32/34. I tried them on, and they fit. After wearing them, I want to order another pair. OMG they are comfy.

Ordered a 34 waist; received a 32. That's not why I'm writing the review, that's Amazon's fault, not the product. The two stars are for the bizarre fit. Those 32s should have been too tight for me to even fasten the button. They were so big on me that I would have had to return them whatever the tag read. I see that others have also noted sizing issues. These were at least 3 inches too large. Never seen a pair of pants sized so far off. I used to buy Lucky Brand all the time and never had an issue, whatever they've changed it was a mistake. Won't buy from them again.

Ordered a 34W/30L and received a 30W/34L....twice. The jeans are great when you can wear them. But they would rather send the incorrect size multiple times and lose customer(s) in the process. See other reviews, this is a common offense.

The pants are nice but I ordered a 34x36 and was sent a 36x34 both times. I guess I’ll have to find some other pair because whoever sent these doesn’t know how to read pants sizes for men!

These jeans are super soft. However, I received the wrong size despite following the selections available. I ordered 32Wx29L but received 29Wx32L. This needs to be corrected for the items. Jeans sizing is WxL but the sizing on here is swapped. Had to return because they were wrong size.
